  • "We stayed at Beach Walk for a family holiday and loved it ."

The house is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean . We had one issue that was fixed within a few hours by Dominic and Helen who may I say are lovely people x We would definitely return x

Dominic was caring and attentive. No problems and we highly recommend this holiday destination.

  • "Beach Walk far exceeded our expectations."

The welcome gifts and card were a nice touch. The house as a whole was superb but the kitchen and garden are the highlights. The kitchen had everything you would want and is very spacious. The garden has plenty of seating for the warm weather and is enclosed so little ones can enjoy themselves without worry. The location is ideal for further exploration of Cornwall with Porth beach only 5 minutes walk away. Would highly recommend and will be going back.

  • "1 Beach Walk was the perfect venue for a family holiday."

It was an ideal size for us, (8); the rooms are beautifully furnished, the beds are comfy and the fabulous kitchen with bi-folding doors onto an exquisite decking area came way beyond expectations. It’s such a pity that we couldn’t make use of the doors or decked area due to it being February - with rather blustery winds. The host was extremely helpful and responded quickly to our questions, not that we had many. The location - so close to beautiful Porth beach and to local shops really made our week away perfect. Thank you Dominic and Helen.

  • "The property was lovely and the description on line was accurate."

Great location for exploring various areas of Cornwall and close enough to restaurants/coffee shops/groceries which increased the convenience factor. The owner was also very helpful and responsive to questions. The only defect (very minor) was that the overhead light in the master suite did not work.

  • "A beautiful house to stay in, very spacious for a family of seven and a kitchen that the females are still talking about."

Dominic the owner kept in touch and would have been available if needed. Very unexpectedly a basket of "goodies" plus a bottle for the adults, were sitting in the fridge, a lovely surprise. Should we return to Porth this property would be the first that we would look to book.

  • "The property was everything we wanted it to be."

Very clean beautifully decorated and very spacious. It certainly has the wow factor. The host's have thought of everything, kitchen very well equiped and the dining room superb for celebrating special meals together. The weather was not particularly kind to us during our stay so lots of the garden and beach equipment provided were not used but It is very thoughtful to have this available to guests. The garden area was very calming and definitely a stress free zone. Everything was done to make us feel very welcome and the gift pack very much appreciated . The host was available should we need any information or questions which gave us peace of mind.

  • "We had the biggest smiles when we walked into the house."

The house is lovely, absolutely clean, spotless, smelt clean, when we arrived, great facilities, everything we needed for a number of families. A wonderful experience, the house was comfortable, had everything we needed. Hotel quality towels sheets, Marriot level. We played 'come dine with me' so dinner parties every night, apart from the first night. Great access of meals that can be delivered to the house via the various eats companies. Everything we needed was in the house. Wonderful garden. Garden furniture cushions appear brand new. (I note this was a negative in an earlier review) Parking for our 3 cars. No complaints and totally fully recommended. Absolute great find. Beach 3 min walk An amazing beach cove, walking along the cliffs from the beach.

  • "Fantastic property."

Spacious, beautifully presented, great facilities and very clean. The owners obviously go out of their way to make your stay special. Very close to the brilliant Porth beach - 5 minute walk. Only downside is the noise from the main road to the side of the house.

  • "We’ve just returned from a fabulous week at Beach Walk."

The house is just lovely, so well appointed and a real home from home. Little touches like really high quality fluffy towels, a really well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds with lovely linen set this apart from other places we’ve stayed at. The owners went above and beyond to accommodate us and were so helpful leading up to our stay. This place is a real gem and I’d stay again without any hesitation.

  • "What a great home to stay in with lots of room and space to spread out."

We came at the beginning of July when we had weather for every season in 1 week and as a party of 7 (2 families) The property is very neat, modern and smart with no clutter and gorgeous decor. Outside space is so well presented and can be accessed by the back gate which is great when you return from the beach very Sandy :-) With a downstairs toilet, full bathroom and en-suite shower room it suited all persons - if any criticism it would be to revamp the en-suite with a bigger power shower but it was still very adequate for a holiday. The kitchen is gorgeous with lots of work surface, space and a large table to eat from or to watch tv or the kids outside. Location is very handy for porth beach (walking distance) and local shops just down the road with a fab bakery. It’s on a main road which leads out to watergate bay which is amazing for surfing. Helen the host was absolutely amazing - she welcomed us to the property as the cleaners left to ensure everything was perfect and due to a delay to check in (COVID related) a hamper, flowers and wine - lovely touch. During the week we managed to loose the front door key (which we were advised to leave in key box at the house!!) but luckily Helen left us her number just in case and she came immediately to our rescue with another key. Had she not we would have missed a booking for a local attraction. Thank you Helen we all thoroughly enjoyed staying at your home

It’s also only a 10-15 minute walk into Newquay town centre which is ideal! Going back to the house itself it is very well looked after with a beautiful outdoor area and the kitchen is to die for! The hosts were extremely helpful and really did create the most perfect stay for us! I would definitely recommend and can’t wait to return in the future.
