The property

Close to the award-winning beach in the peaceful seaside village of Porth on Cornwall's north coast is Beach Walk; a luxury, detached home, perfect for a family or group wanting to enjoy the stunning beaches, picturesque coastal walks and exhilarating watersports opportunities that Cornwall's Atlantic coast has to offer.

Park on the spacious driveway, which comfortably holds three to four cars, and head into the contemporary property, where you will notice a lovely beach theme and several subtle nods to its seaside setting.

The welcoming sitting room provides an idyllic space to relax in when you want to enjoy an evening at home, with two inviting sofas to choose from as you enjoy a family movie night, or perhaps you'd prefer to grab a book from the bookcase and curl up on the armchair, placed in front of the patio doors, which open up onto the decking area at the rear of the property.

The impressive kitchen boasts sleek white units and a stunning marble work top, with a large American-style fridge/freezer and a range of high-quality appliances to help you cook delicious meals, which you can prepare at the island, which also offers breakfast bar seating should you want to grab a quick breakfast, along with a kitchen table that can seat eight, and you can even enjoy a spot of TV, if you're enjoying a casual meal.

For a little more formal setting, the dining room has a large dining table that can comfortably seat the whole group.

There is a convenient cloakroom on the ground floor, while upstairs is a family bathroom suite, offering a choice of bath with shower over.

Choose from four delightful bedrooms to catch a good night's rest after your day.

The master double at the front of Beach Walk has sea glimpses, a wall-mounted TV and an en-suite shower room with WC and Basin.

The second spacious double, at the back of Beach Walk has lovely garden views.

The third bedroom again with sea glimpses is set up with twin beds with a zip/link feature, so can again be a king-size bed.

The remaining fourth bedroom is a twin room.

All the bedrooms are bright and airy with ample storage for your belongings.

The enclosed back garden is the perfect space for dining alfresco, with a large decking area that the children can play on, alongside a small artificial lawn where you can kick back with a good book in the glorious Cornish sunshine.

Head into Porth village to find a shop, cafés, restaurants including a tapas bar, and a beachside pub, while the stunning, award-winning and family-friendly Porth Beach is a few minutes' walk away, providing access to the spectacular South West Coast Path, running along the coast in both directions and providing walkers with spectacular landscapes.

Nearby Watergate Bay has incredible rolling waves for keen surfers and watersports fans, along with surf schools for any beginners.

The quaint village of St Columb Minor offers a 15th century church that sits opposite the pub, along with a range of shops to peruse, while the popular resort of Newquay is just one mile from the property, with a choice of stunning beaches, including Fistral Beach which offers a surf centre for those wanting to learn.

Newquay Harbour is an idyllic location for a stroll, while the attractions of Newquay Zoo and Blue Reef Aquarium are worth visiting if you love all things wildlife related.

There is a large coastal golf course with stunning views, and a host of shops, pubs and eateries to choose from.

Venture north along the coastal path towards the Trevose Head Heritage Coast and visit the National Trust's Carnewas at Bedruthan Steps, as well as Trevose Head Lighthouse and Stepper Point, stopping at the picturesque resorts of Padstow and Polzeath along the way.

Head south towards St. Agnes Heritage Coast and nature reserve and visit Perranporth and its spectacular sandy beach.
