  • "All was as advertised, all good, great location."

Loved instant hot water for shower and parking is right opposites with space for visitors. The accomodation is in a block that is very well maintained, good order and looked after.

  • "We stay in Mawgan Porth each year and chose the apartment for it's great location."

We arrived to find it just as advertised, a lovely apartment with everything you need and spotlessly clean. Our only gripe was the ensuite was unusable due to a broken toilet seat which couldn't be sat on and a basin that had the plug fast stuck shut. Surely the cleaners would have noticed this and should have asked maintenance to fix. Also the door from the lounge to the hallway doesn't close properly so it rattles unless you leave it wide open. It would be handier if the terrace had some sort of fence or barrier so that you could sit out with your dogs on the terrace. The rule of no dogs on the grass means you can't really sit on the terrace if you have dogs with you for concern of them stepping out. The entrance to the car park could do with better thought as there's minimal room to sit your car in the road whilst fiddling with a chain to open it. We had a lovely holiday and would certainly come back. Thank you

  • "Perfect property to stay in our favourite place Mawgan Porth."

Everything was very clean and comfortable. Only downside was the WiFi that really was very poor, and hardly worked at all. As the weather wasn't great and two youngster with us, the WiFi was important to us.

Good location. Very clean on arrival. Information folder helpful though needs updating re bins (no longer under stairs just outside) but this wasn't a problem as soon realised what the system was.

  • "Spoiled by rain and the localised flooding that swamped our car, writing it off."

Number 2 is an ideal location with easy walk to shop and beach However our biggest bug bear was getting to grips with operating the main TV. As non smart TV amateurs, it was easy to accidentally go off live channel by touching the remote. The remote itself is showing signs of wear with buttons having symbols erased so not easy to understand what they are for. As owners of a yorkie we took throws for the sofas, these daily would have white short hairs on them, probably from the scatter cushions. Perhaps they could be hoovered both sides. We were unable to open the patio door, it appeared the external lock may well have been corroded. Aside for these slight problems, we would happily go back, hoping for better weather.

Wonderful for dog owners, with a beautiful beach to walk them on. The property was well-prepared and thoughtfully stocked - perfect for a home from home get away. Thank you. We will definitely be returning.

  • "Although small the apartment was perfectly formed and well equipped."

2 very comfy sofas and a huge tv! However advertising this as a dog friendly place to stay with a garden is a bit of a stretch. I think dog owners need to know that the rules of the property are that dogs are NOT allowed on the grass outside the patio doors. If your dog needs to go out you need to take it across the road. There is also no information regarding the parking which could be confusing. However Mawgan Porth is an amazing place but please don’t tell anyone! It’s been our secret for years. Everywhere is dog friendly apart from the small supermarket.

Thank you for your feedback. Pleased you enjoyed 2 Europa Court. We advertise as dog friendly meaning we welcome dogs to stay at the property. We are also aware guest who do not own dogs love to stay at the property and appreciate dog owners following the rules. Property Owner

  • "The overall location was great and the place would have been good if not for the damp and mould on the walls."

Even with windows open and the dehumidifier turned on everything felt damp - clothes and even getting into bed. I had to move my sons bed away from the wall because of the mould. We then had to come home a day early as my husband was wheezing at night. It’s such a shame as it could be an amazing place but the ventilation really needs fixing.

Thank you for your feedback. As the property is only approximately 200yards from the beach. The dehumidifier needs to be on, the apartment kept ventilated, windows either open or on the catch at all times, plus keeping the apartment warm by having the heating on. Had you made us aware of any issues you were experiencing during your stay, we would have been happy to try and rectify things for you at the time. Property Owner
