Corriana is a light and spacious, detached bungalow with a generously-sized garden, located at the end of a private lane and just a short walk from the dog-friendly Rock Beach on the North Cornwall Coast.
Accommodating up to six guests, Corriana is well-positioned near the village’s amenities, making it a wonderful base for couples, friends, and families alike.
The large, open-plan living/dining room is a delightful, relaxing space, with two sets of French windows opening onto the garden.
The adjoining conservatory is a real suntrap, and the patios and garden provide plenty of outside space to catch both the morning light and the evening sunsets; garden furniture will allow for long, lazy evening meals outdoors.
There’s also three bedrooms on offer, including a king-size with en-suite, a further king-size and a twin, all serviced by a bathroom and cloakroom.
Situated just off the Rock Road, it's an easy walk to picturesque Porthilly Beach and the Camel Estuary.
The nearby shops are a short stroll away, and just a little further are a choice of excellent restaurants, several cafes and pubs serving food all day.
The small grocery store, the famous Rock Bakery, a fishmonger, delicatessen and butchers are also within walking distance from Corriana.
Padstow is a fun ferry-ride across the estuary where you can explore the harbour and enjoy a portion of Rick Stein's fish and chips.
Wadebridge is 5 miles away, a delightful, small town on the Camel Trail cycle route.
The St Enodoc and The Point at Polzeath golf courses are within a short drive.
This is an ideal base for a family holiday, for walking, sailing, and surfing on the spectacular North Cornish coast.
All of this can be experienced from Corriana.
