The property

The Loft, a charming first-floor apartment nestled in the village of Probus in Cornwall.

This Cornish abode features a private patio and proximity to the Roseland Heritage Coast and amenities.

Park the car and make your way to your new abode.

Unlock the door and hang coats and boots, ascend the stairs to enter.

Upon entering, head to the kitchen and crank up the heat on the gas hob to prepare a delicious meal, store any treats for your stay in the fridge/freezer and pop a wash on.

Once dinner is served and head to the charming living/dining room with a curved ceiling, striped wall and ample natural light.

Pull out a chair and gather around the circular dining table, and enjoy a hearty meal as you plan your adventures ahead.

Let the dishwasher take care of any mess left behind and pick a sofa to unwind as you tune into your favourite shows.

As the evening draws to a close, freshen up in the bathroom with a bath to soak in or a shower for a brisk start to the day.

Choose from a double bedroom, a single bedroom with a day bed or a twin room which can conveniently be converted into a king-size to suit your group's needs.

In the morning, enjoy a brew on your private patio, sunbathing in the afternoon or the golden hues of the sky as the sun sets in the evening.

Truro 6 miles.

The pretty country village of Probus is set six miles out of Truro and is the perfect touring base for the west of the country, ideally placed for exploring the misty river creeks that lead down to the sea at Falmouth. Several gardens and stately homes are within a radius of ten miles, and the beautiful Roseland Peninsula, with its rocky headlands, quiet coves, pretty fishing villages and safe, sandy beaches, can be reached within ten minutes. If you love the countryside and being close to the sea, sailing and estuaries, this is the place. Attractions such as the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are easily reached, and the cathedral city of Truro offers winding lanes, historic buildings and plenty of shops, pubs and eateries.
