Once two separate cottages, this picture-perfect abode has been beautifully renovated into one spacious accommodation, offering the ultimate setting for an escape to the Cornish coast and countryside, sleeping eight guests and one well-behaved, small dog.

Step inside the quaint porch area where you can place your sand-filled shoes before moving your way into the warmth of the sitting room, beautifully decorated with calming hues complementing the beams that line the ceiling; admire the eye-catching feature fireplace filled with wooden logs, as you kick back and relax on the plush sofas and delight in an entertaining film on the Smart TV.

Escape the excitement as you unwind with a book in the restful snug, before re-joining friends and family in the dining room for a spectacular feast, followed by some healthy competition as you play some of your favourite board games.

Start your mornings by whipping up a hearty breakfast in the attractive country kitchen, boasting an eye-catching cream range cooker, stylish mosaic tiles, and all the necessary appliances for a stress-free stay.

Embrace nautical vibes as you soak yourself in the roomy bathtub, located in the ground-floor bathroom or freshen up in the well-thought-out ground-floor shower room, perfect for a quick rejuvenating rinse following an action-packed day at the beach.

Climb the staircase to the first floor where you can retire to one of the four beautifully-appointed bedrooms, consisting of a super-king-size, a king-size, a double and a twin, each offering fantastic views and a plethora of storage.

Grab your bikes and head for the nearby fishing village of Gorran Haven, where you can grab a bite to eat in one of the many quirky cafés, before joining the South West Coast Path, venturing south towards the Hamlet of Penare and stopping off at Vault Beach and the National Trust owned Dodman Point along the way.

The Caerhays Beach Café is open mid-February until October and in the summer months hosts drive-in movie nights with wood-fired pizza and live music.

Visit the charming fishing port of Mevagissey for a relaxing stroll around the inner harbour and down to the awe-inspiring Victoria Pier Head Lighthouse, all whilst tucking into a mouth-watering portion of fish and chips.
