Which is a bonus. Owner kept in touch and lovely cream tea in fridge. The view from the property is stunning.

  • "Thank you for a great stay."

Sandy feet is a recently updated property with all mod cons , finished well and has everything you would need and more. The location is perfect for exploring the southern part of Cornwall and is very quiet and relaxing. The views are fantastic and the hosts live next door if you need anything.

Thank you Eddie It was a pleasure to host you for a few days. I hope you will all return either to visit family or see the Rugby Property Owner

It was our second time at Sandyfeet, again it was amazing, Terri and Mike have a beautiful place, always on hand to tell you the best places to visit if you need it, we love staying there, the views from the front room window are stunning, 100% accurate on the description of the let, can’t wait to go back there

  • "Perfectly located near family in the area."

Compact little flat with everything one might need in there, including parking. Friendly cat, horse and goats. Considering we paid £1,369 for a week we were pretty astonished to be asked to clean the place before we left, strip the bed, etc. Won't be back because of that.

I think there must be a misunderstanding as I never expect any guests to clean before they leave. As even if left really clean by my guests, the property has a deep covid clean of all areas touched. I especially understand this as I worked as a nurse previously but this is a requirement and my policy, occasionally people strip the bed for me or hoover, but this is never a requirement or asked for. I know you were very busy, helping family when you visited. I am sorry that I had my first personal negative feedback. Property Owner

  • "As a seventy five year old I found the settee come put u up slightly low to the ground and difficult to exit from, apart from that the comfort was well up to standard!"

Thank you for your feedback. As this is the second time mentioned I will change it next week, we do not sit on it so its good to know to be more comfortable for guests :) Property Owner

  • "Great place to stay, Terri & Mike live next door and are a really nice couple, nothing was to much trouble."

Only complaint and it’s a small one is that with a low sofa the TV is to high up on the wall, and gives you a bit of neck ache watching tv. All in all it’s clean and tidy and a handy location to get to all the sites you want to visit.

We changed the sofa last week for a new brown leather one ;) Property Owner

  • "What a warm welcome we received from Terrie after a gruelling 8-hour journey and such a welcome cream tea awaited us on entering the house."

Such a lovely gesture, thank you. The house was everything we hoped with such a peaceful location - we went in half-term so the peace was unexpected but much appreciated - yet minutes from beautiful walks and a quick car journey to the hustle and bustle of you want it. It was well equipped and spotlessly clean. Terrie and Mike were lovely hosts and welcomed our lively pooch as only dog owners would. ❤️ The view was to die for made even better with the company of a horse with his two goat friends. It's also the first time we've ever had a conversation with a chicken!

Blessings to all the family. It was a delight to host you all Property Owner

  • "Mike and Terri are two lovely amazing people, we really enjoyed our little chats with them."

From the very 1st second we walked into out little holiday home we fell in love with the place the view just bowled us over. To enjoy the horse and the goat's in the field each day giving them their treats was a delight as both myself and Nicki love animals. Each day we headed out somewhere different as it was so easy being in the middle of so many beautiful places which were so easy to drive to. The week just went in a blink. My Nicki so fell inlove with the place she shead a few tears leaving. We both decided then and there we shall definitely be returning at the 1st opportunity when we get a week of again. We would both love to thank Mike & Terri for an amazing holiday break, and look forward to seeing them both again. ❤️ xx

  • "Everything was really great."

Everything was as advertised. The house is very nice and comfortable. It has everything you need. The kitchen is fantastically equipped. The washing machine is great, it has many programs, so it was possible to wash cost-effectively. There is a Slow-Cooker, Toaster, kettle, fridge with a small freezer compartment. Cleaning tools, such as a vacuum cleaner, which comes in handy if you come with two dogs and you need to clean up the sand brought from the beach. The bed is very comfortable and provides a relaxing sleep. Quiet neighborhood. The owners are very nice and friendly and helpful. It is absolutely not disturbing that they live in the house next door. Everything is very close if you want to go on a trip. The view is fantastic. My favorite is that I could watch the sunset from the sofa in the living room when it was a little cooler outside. All in all, this is the place you don't want to go home from and you will definitely come back.

Thank you for your lovely review and leaving the let very clean, much appreciated. You would all be very welcome to return here and get your feet and dogs sandy Property Owner
