The property

Goatsland is a charming retreat situated near a beach in the heart of Trebetherick, Cornwall.

With off-road parking for five cars and welcoming two well-mannered dogs, this delightful abode is perfect for families or friends seeking a tranquil escape amidst the stunning Cornish landscape.

Upon entering Goatsland, you will be greeted by a spacious open-plan living area, housing a well-equipped kitchen.

The indoor dining space seats 8-10 people, with additional chairs available and additional seating at the breakfast bar, making it perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals.

There are also two outdoor dining tables offering seating for 10 and 12.

The living area boasts a warm woodburning stove, ideal for those chillier evenings.

Adjacent to this space, you will find an inviting sitting room, complete with a Smart TV for your entertainment needs.

The property offers six beautifully presented bedrooms.

On the ground-floor, there is a double bedroom and a family room equipped with a child's bunk and day bed.

TREBETHERICK

Wadebridge 8 miles.

Trebetherick straddles the Polzeath to Wadebridge road and extends west to Daymer Bay and northwest to Trebetherick Point, a rocky headland in the estuary. Daymer Bay with a sandy beach provides safe bathing for holidaying families and is also popular with windsurfers. Brea Hill located at the south end of Daymer Bay makes for an energetic walk for all. Trebetherick has a general stores and Polzeath is only half a mile away with a selection of shops and restaurants around a sandy surfing beach. The water sports haven of Rock is only 1 ½ miles away with a ferry running frequently between Rock and Padstow. The area has several coastal walking opportunities, and is close to St Enodoc's championship golf course. Rock also features a collection of shops including a delicatessen, butchers, and bakers, however for more extensive shopping facilities the town of Wadebridge is approximately 8 miles away.
