“Had a problem getting there, were given incorrect postcode, no “The Heathers”house sign visible only number.”

On arrival, cleanliness was questionable. Internet very expensive at £4.99 an hour. There is a de-humidifier that had to be emptied 2-3 times daily. Crockery very mismatched, some cutlery had food residue, so had to wash everything before use. Dog walking area was very small. Could not open windows b cause of overgrown bushes and brambles.
