Wheal Amelia Lodge offers convenient open-plan living, comprising a cosy sitting area with large patio doors to let in the morning sun, a fully fitted kitchen and central heating throughout with a flat screen TV.

The sleeping options include two bedrooms; a double and a bunk bedroom, as well as an additional sofa bed if required.

The park is well-equipped and provides something for all ages.

Keen golders can take advantage of a 9-hole, par 3 golf course which offers full equipment hire.

Avid footballers can enjoy the 18-hole football golf course, and those seeking something a little more different can try their hands at rugby golf!

An excellent adventure playground with a climbing frame and slides is also on offer for younger children to enjoy.

An array of quality restaurants and takeaways are available within the locality, but the park itself offers a family-run bar and restaurant, which has an excellent reputation.Flambards Theme Park is one of the UK's most popular visitor attractions, and rests approximately two miles away.

Other activity options include boat trips, fishing, sea safaris, the South West Coast Path and a host of water sports.

Nestled in a tranquil setting is the National Seal Sanctuary on the Helford River, where there is plenty of entertainment watching seals play and feed.
