Marston Moretaine 2 miles, Cranfield 2 miles. Nestled between 2 local villages are three beautiful properties boasting rural character, contemporary features, as well as breath-taking lake and countryside views. They are the perfect holiday destination for a large group looking to explore this stunning East corner of England. Comprising an old granary and two barn conversions, these properties offer a unique stay with two sharing a Grecian-esque courtyard. These gorgeous holiday homes are in a scenic rural location on a working arable farm in the peaceful ward of Marston Moretaine, but also a short distance from university village of Cranfield. A walk down the road will take you to Evans and Son butchers, a traditional butcher shop where you can buy locally produced meats for a family Sunday roast dinner. Marston Moretaine is a fantastic hidden gem, with lots to offer, a good selection of shops, pubs, cafes and takeaways, including walking and cycling opportunities around the nearby Marston Thrift or Marston Forest centre and Millennium park with its two lakes, walking trails and a delightful café for you to relax with a hot coffee and cake. Spend a day exploring the bustling towns of Milton Keynes and Bedford. Walk through the original stable door into a kitchen area, containing all the amenities you might needed for a self-catered stay to whip up tasty home-cooked meals.

The living room is a bright, spacious setting, with glorious white beams, an old feature fireplace and large patio doors which lead out to the courtyard, in this room, you can enjoy fun family meals with a dining table for six, and afterwards retire to the sofas to switch on the TV for a family film night.

Three bedrooms await you upstairs, choose between three luxury doubles, one with an en-suite shower room, and one with a Juliette balcony, all bedrooms boast goose feather pillows.
