    Beds were super comfy excellent our group was all adults but there was even high chair & travel cot there to use and a multi games table great fun for old and young! The owners were very amicable, hot tub superb, equipped exceptionally well. Had a fantastic time would recommend and go again

    The choice of decoration was amazing had to take inspo pictures! The heating floor was abit annoying as got too hot. It just lacks an iron but everything you could think of the house has. The beds were very comfy and a lovely weekend for a family to enjoy They even came in and cleaned our hot tub for us

    There were 7 of us residing together and we all loved that each bedroom had It's own bathroom. The kitchen space is very big, perfect to cook a feast. The hot tub was very nice, clean with great features and lights, my kids enjoyed that very much.

  • "Hidden Well at Bilsham Farm, Bristol, is a truly amazing property."

    It's the perfect place for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. The property is finished to an impeccable standard, with an en suite in every room, which is a fantastic feature. The amenities are excellent, and there's a huge amount to do both at the property and in the surrounding area. The hot tub is a definite highlight, and the location is ideal for exploring Bristol, the countryside.

    One piece of feedback is that the electric cooker did not work, we were not able to turn it on which was a shame as we brought food with us.

  • "I would like to preface this review by explaining that we are seasoned ‘hot tub weekenders’."

    We always choose a property with a hot tub being a main feature of our stay and have booked weekends like this for over 15 years. Sadly, this property failed to provide a working hot tub for one whole day of our weekend, with very poor contact from the owners about our concerns, customer service is not a focus at this property. This property could be a five star review with comfortable living spaces and spacious luxury bedrooms and bathrooms. Sadly it lacked in some areas that unfortunately did affect our weekend stay. With some tweaks and attention to customer service this would have resulted in different feedback. We would not return to this property but wish the owners the very best and hope that they take this feedback into consideration.

We are sorry that our luxury accommodation did not meet your particular requirements, our guest comfort is our priority and we are always striving to add to the amenities and guest experience. We are disappointed to hear our Jacuzzi Hot Tub did not meet your expectations but we would like to point-out that prior to your arrival it had just received its annual supplier service so that we can guarantee our guests the best possible experience. The hot tub was performing well, unfortunately the water had been splashed-out by a third to a half through mis-use and an alert had been raised that this had happened. On receiving the alert one of our team attended immediately, it was refilled with water and there was a delay in it reaching the correct temperature. There was no failing in the hot tub functionality. Customer service is key to us and we have a team on hand to help guests should any issues arise during the stay.   • "What a wonderful place and we are already looking to book again for next year."

    We loved the place so much. only thing we found strange was there were no front door keys, only a back door key left in the key box. however this did not stop us enjoying ourselves. and access from the rear door or the patio doors gave us access to the front of the property. Farmer was very pleasant and we would just like to say thank you for providing such a wonderful stay

    Finished to a very high standard with everything you could possibly need. Bedrooms are huge and beds/bedding extremely comfortable. Loved the social Kitchen/diner/living area and it was so great to have the hot tub under cover and sheltered for a November break. Loved waking up to the cows :) Can't wait to return!

  • "Hidden well was absolutely perfect - just like the photos and even better than expected!"

    Incredibly spacious, fantastic facilities - we were amazed at everything that was provided. It was perfect and I genuinely wouldn’t hesitate to go back if I could in the future. The only very small issue we had was communication with the host wasn’t great even after booking and before we left, so if you have any queries this might be difficult. Otherwise, perfect.

Hidden Well is a gorgeous and luxurious barn conversion located in the quaint village of Aust in South Gloucestershire.

Sitting on the outskirts of the vibrant and bustling city of Bristol, this property offers the best of a city break and rural retreat for large families and groups.

Walk into a light-flooded living space, adorned with sleek appliances and chic furnishings, where you can rustle up delicious meals, socialise, dine, and relax in front of the TV.

Step out to the rear garden where you can dine alfresco and enjoy an indulgent soak in the hot tub whilst gazing over the far-reaching countryside views.

When sleep calls, select between four well-appointed bedrooms, and catch your rest to prepare for a fun-filled day around Gloucestershire.

Aust is a quaint village in South Gloucestershire, resting near the cusp of the River Severn near the historic market towns of Thornbury as well as the villages of Olveston and Old Down. The village can be traced back to the year 793 and today village benefits from a service station where you can pick up essentials and a whole host of dine out options which include the Boars Head at Aust, the White Hart at Littleton-on-Severn, Miller and Carter at Cribbs Causeway; the village is also accessible for a variety of delivery takeaways. It also has easy access to the train station in Severn Beach, here you can also enjoy walks along the River Severn and admire the spectacular sunsets. For other notable attractions travel towards the heart of Bristol which is brimming with museums, galleries and parkland, ideal for those looking to immerse themselves in the area’s heritage and past.
