  • "Our second visit to this stunning little property."

Caroline and Keith are fabulous hosts who have made this lovely place like a home from home with lots of lovely touches and a fabulous welcome box with fabulous homemade and homegrown treats. Nothing is too much trouble and you're very sure of really warm welcome. So much so that we're heading back just after Christmas!

A real joy to see you both again Des and Julie, and we were so pleased the weather was kind to you and you managed to fit everything in. Thanks once again for leaving the lodge in immaculate condition and for the wonderful feedback xx Property Owner

  • "Little Magnolia is a lovely clean, comfortable, well-equipped lodge in a pretty, quiet location with great views over the surrounding countryside (enhanced by the large feature windows)."

A great base for exploring the Malverns, the Cotswolds and the many attractions of this lovely part of the country. Caroline and Keith were the perfect, friendly hosts, and the tasty welcome pack was kindly adapted to take account of food allergies. We particularly enjoyed watching the birds and squirrels in the garden and the amusing antics of the bullocks that were (safely) in the field behind during our visit. Definitely one of the very best places we have stayed in - can unreservedly recommend and would love to return some time.

Thank you Graham for the positive feedback for which we are most grateful. We are so pleased you had a great stay. You were wonderful guests and we would love to see you both again if ever you were in the area. Property Owner

The lodge is kitted out with everything you could ever need, and is furnished to such a high quality. We loved seeing the cows everyday and sitting outside on the beautiful patio watching the sunset and then the beautiful stars. The welcome hamper is a lovely touch, with super delicious local treats and home made items. This little slice of paradise is not to be missed, and we will definitely be back, maybe even as a married couple as we got engaged in the garden during our stay. A special place all round for sure, only sad we had to leave!

Dear Em and Stew, it was such an honour to know that Little Magnolia hosted such a special occasion for you . Thank you for being such wonderful guests and for the lovely feedback. Caroline and Keith are the perfect hosts and warmly welcomed us on arrival, the welcome pack of home made and local produce was the best we've experienced. If you like peace and quiet interrupted only by beautiful birdsong, relaxing views across the adjoining field to a copse that is home to various wildlife and a very comfortable place to stay THIS IS IT! Whilst there we visited numerous national trust places and ate out often in the great pubs and restaurants all within easy reach. To sum up we loved it and we're sure you will too. Barry & Heather

A lovely friendly greeting from Caroline, the owner, who was a fountain of local knowledge regarding places to visit, directions etc. The property had everything you could need, including binoculars to watch the birds on the feeder just outside the large picture window which also had stunning views over the fields with the Malvern hills in the distance. Lovely places to visit in close proximity such as Symonds Yat, Malvern, Ledbury and of course Upton. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning.

  • "The property was absolutely outstanding and well deserved 5 stars."

It was extremely comfortable and relaxing. The views from the huge windows were of arable fields and a copse, but were mesmerising as there were many different wild birds. There was also a bird feeder in the garden and watching the antics of the birds and squirells was very entertaining. Little Magnolia was spotlessly clean, but the best thing was the owners, Caroline and Keith who couldn't have been more welcoming. The welcome hamper, mostly homemade was absolutely delicious!! We have been using Sykes for over 20 years and this is undoubtedly the best property to date! Thank you once again Caroline and Keith, we had a fantastic week and will return. Danny and Jackie
