  • "My family really enjoyed our stay at The Old Cider House, a quirky and very cosy property that was just what we like."

Very clean and decorated/equipped to a very high standard; two lovely bathrooms, three cosy bedrooms with very comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen and utility rooms with everything you could need, aga oven, microwave, air fryer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The lounge had a log burner and reclining sofas! John the owner came round on day two to introduce himself and check that everything was ok. He even lit the log-fired hot tub for us, which was a nice touch. The area itself was lovely too and we had a few trips out to discover new places. All in all, really enjoyed it and would book again!

Thank you very much for your positive feedback Simon. I’m pleased you and your family enjoyed your stay at The Old Cider House. Kind regards John Property Owner

John could not have been more welcoming, showed us around the cottage. The cottage is furnished to a very high standard. Very comfortable, set in a fantastic location, we were sad to leave. It was a pleasure being John's first guests at the cottage.
