  • "The property was very clean, comfortable, huge, and cosy."

Enjoyed the hot tub overlooking green pastures and nice scenery. It was beyond our expectation. We will definitely book this place again.

We were made to feel very welcome from the outset by the owners. We had a lovely stay here & would love to return.

  • "Absolutely fantastic cottage in a beautiful setting."

Fully equipped (apart from a pizza cutter) and fantastic for family get together…..relaxing surrounds and great to see working farm next door. If I stayed for more than a long weekend I would like to see a tumble dryer but apart from that absolutely no complaints at all.

  • "Beautiful house in an equally beautiful area."

Donna the owner is a lovely lady . So welcoming. Little dean is lovely. The Belfry a local bar / hotel is a quirky one with very welcoming staff. All in all our stay was enjoyed by all of us. No complaints at all. Also the booking agents at sykes cottages were all lovely. So helpful.

  • "We absolutely loved our stay at Moors Farm."

The pictures just do not do it’s justice. There is plenty of space, all the equipment you need and the added touches were hugely welcomed. The owner was fantastic and checking us in, giving recommendations of local things to do and letting our youngest member make friends with their friendly sheep. Our favourite part was of course the hot tub with its magnificent view over the water.

  • "This property is fabulous for a family get away."

There are lots of rooms to accommodate everyone. The games room and hot tub were popular with all age ranges. The kitchen is well fitted and has everything you could ask for. The owner has thought of most things you could possibly want. My grandchildren loved all the hiding places for Hide & Seek

The house was perfect for a large family get together with lots of space for all generations. Donna, the host, was very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely stay. All the extra little touches were very thoughtful. We had a wonderful time and hope to go back again.

  • "We had a fantastic long weekend stay at Moors Farm."

The property was exactly as we hoped: very well equipped, perfectly clean and incredibly spacious and comfortable. Donna kindly showed us around on check in and we had no issues at the property whatsoever all weekend. Would happily stay again as a large group.

  • "Firstly, I would like to thank Donna, our Host, for a lovely warm welcome when we got there."

She took us around the cottage and explained everything in detail. The cottage itself was beautiful, got lots of character and I would personally say, looked way better than the pictures here. You have to see this place in person, it is amazing, with open fields in the back, beautiful sunrise from the garden, peaceful and very cozy. It is well equipped with essentials and more. Fantastic hot tube in the garden, perfect for a nice evening or even if you fancy sitting in it and enjoying the lovely sunrise. It is not far from the town and local shops. Perfect for a large group. In fact, we are already planning another visit to this lovely cottage soon.

The photos don't do it justice. We were a group of 10 Mums. All said they would come back. Nice big hot tub.

We had everything we needed for a relaxing break. The views from the house are fantastic, and the location is great.

  • "We were a party of three households: my wife and I, and both of our sons and their young families."

The layout and spaciousness of the property was very good for us, with four children under the age of 7. Lots of room to run around in the garden. Possible to have an adults' quiet(er) sitting room as well as a more bustling one for children. Nice little touches, such as tree-lights in the garden, coming on automatically in the evening. Advice: keep the entrance gates shut if you don't want sheep poo on the lawn.

Donna and Barry are brilliant and accommodating hosts. Us and the children loved meeting Jolene and Dolly too (the lambs)! We will definitely be staying there again.

  • "Overall very good."

some minor comments, although the overall cleanliness of the house was good, the small fridge was a little dirty inside and the door shelving was cracked and hence collected dirt. For the price paid we felt this should have been replaced some time ago. The main fridge was reasonably clean but had clearly not been wiped down inside. The rest of the house was fine. Again , a small point but a radio in the kitchen area would have been nice. the location is very idyllic but not very practical to walk to the village.

Plenty of space for both relaxing and dining and had everything we needed. The location on the farm was great, our daughter loved seeing the sheep and lambs in the fields. The owners were lovely, very approachable and helpful. We had waited a long time for this family break and it did not dissapoint.

The house has stunning panoramic views that looked across Gloucestershire and the River Severn. The house was lovely, very spacious and had everything we needed and wanted from a holiday home. Hosts were excellent and made us very welcome and felt very approachable if we had any issues (which we didn't). Hot Tub was a lovely addition which we used multiple times every day, the hot tub also looked out onto the river Severn and Gloucestershire. Light pollution was also low which meant also good for stargazing from the hot tub. We had a Fantastic time and hope to return in the future. Thank you again Donna and Barry.
