“We had a lovely time in this cottage.”

Very clean and comfortable with everything you could need. The impact of coronavirus meant that we were the first guests of 2020, so a big thanks to owners Peter and Carol for allowing our stay to go ahead - excellent hosts, accessible but not obtrusive. The impact of coronavirus meant that we were the first guests of 2020, so a big thanks to owners Peter and Carol for allowing our stay to go ahead - excellent hosts, accessible but not obtrusive. A unique setting with exceptional privacy and seclusion and with some lovely walks from the doorstep and within the immediate vicinity. Each bedroom has a lovely en-suite (actually full bathrooms) and plenty of cupboard / wardrobe space. We were out and about most days but the highlight of each day was returning to the cottage for a glass of wine on the Crow’s Nest followed by a cosy evening in front of the woodburner. Lovely.
