  • "Lovely two bed mid terraced house."

Excellent location for easy walking into the centre of Broadway. Fully equipped for all of our needs. Thank you. Will be recommending the house to neighbours and friends . Thank you for the lovely cake and milk.

  • "We had a very nice stay here."

There were no issues with the house or with neighbours. We talked to a neighbour who said that their dog would only bark for about a minute when they returned from work, and this proved to be accurate. The cul-de-sac location was ideal for walking into Broadway on the footpath, as well as getting to other locations in the Cotswolds.

  • "This property was very disappointing and did not live up to the photos on the web!"

We would not have been able to use the garden to sit in as it was untidy and overgrown. And the general appearance needs some TLC

  • "A nice comfortable little house in a great location - just minutes from the centre of Broadway but away from the traffic and crowds of tourists."

However, it’s not as peaceful and quiet as you might like. There are noisy neighbours, thumping up and down the stairs at all hours, shouting and slamming doors. But worst of all, their dogs bark constantly, so you can’t enjoy a quiet coffee or glass of wine in the garden, or have a lie-in or an afternoon snooze. I rather look forward to doing all of those things while on holiday, so an otherwise lovely property is not one I can wholeheartedly recommend or plan to revisit.

  • "This was our third visit to 67 Morris Road."

The property was very clean, well equipped and a great village location. Milk and chocolate cake were well received. The only thing we couldn’t find was a guest book to leave favourable comments as previously. Hope to return in future.

  • "The holiday was spoilt by the neighbours."

They had 3 noisy children in the back yard shouting and kicking a ball against the fence. But the worst problem by far was 2 barking dogs. They were completely out of control, barking constantly both in the garden and in the house - also fighting with each other and snarling. It made it impossible to sit out in the garden and we could even hear them in the house. We did report this to the owner, and also made the neighbours aware but to our knowledge no action was taken. We actually left early as we could no longer stand it. We have stayed at Morris Road before and found it to be a lovely house but we would not return whilst these neighbours are still in residence.

Excellent park close-by as well as lovely shop's and pubs/restaurants. We found a lovely little bakery that sold the best cupcakes/muffins we've ever had. Excellent parking facilities as we could use the back gate for easy access. Would highly recommend and will certainly be booking here again for our summer staycation next year. Despite the two parking spaces, I don't think the property would really have been suitable for four adults as the second bedroom contained two single beds and nothing else, the chest of drawers being on the landing. Also the drop leaf kitchen table would have been a bit tight for four adults to negotiate. Some of the kitchen pans could do with being recycled. The frying pan in particular had seen better days!
