"We absolutely loved our stay here!"
We are a family of four with two young children and it was perfect! Lots of space and everything we needed was there. The property itself was beautiful inside and outside, the kitchen diner overlooked a patio which was lovely. It felt very secure as it is a gated property, and was so quiet yet only a few minutes walk and you were on the high street with lots of pubs, cafes and shops. Will definitely be back again!
We are delighted that you and your family enjoyed your stay, felt secure, yet benefitting from the central location. We look forward to welcoming you again. Best wishes Manor Cottages Property Owner

"Enclosed garden is correct but nothing about the wall not being that high and a big drop the other side so could not let a dog out there on their own unless a really small dog ."
Brilliant location very central and facilities within the cottage very good except the TV could do with being bigger. Cottage not cleaned that well big cob webs around windows dirty on skirting boards and light switches and floor was dirty in places. Some of the windows frames need repairing as held by string and the wind just blows through them. Beds really comfy and lovely clean sheets and towels. Had a Lovely stay but would not come back to this cottage mainly because of the garden.

"We’ve recently returned from a wonderful week celebrating my husband’s 50th, staying at The Elm Coach House."
It was just perfect for us and our dog, It had everything we needed and more ! Loved that other than 1 bedroom, everything was on 1 floor, with the open plan kitchen and lounge area. Secure parking was a real bonus. Would definitely love to return !
We are so pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay and what a lovely way to celebrate your 50th Birthday too. We would love to welcome you again anytime. Kind regards Manor Cottages. Property Owner

"We had a lovely stay at this property."
It was comfortable and in a perfect location and ideal for us and our dog. With you being able to walk into beautiful Chipping Norton in a few minutes was a real bonus. I know it was the end of the season so the property has had some use over the summer and is probably in need of a little painting here and there and the garden is in real need of a tidy up. A table and chairs up the top part of the garden would be handy and a handrail for coming down those steps. I would also suggest blinds or curtains in the kitchen and lounge area and also maybe a slightly bigger TV that is a Smart TV and not just Freeview. We met the owner on a couple of occasions and he was friendly and suggested places to visit. We definitely want to return hopefully next year. Thank you.
Thank you for your comprehensive review and suggestions. We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay and the lovely location. We have passed your comments onto the Owner for review. Ideas such as these are very valuable to help ensure future guests have a comfortable stay. We look forward to welcoming you back another time. Best wishes Manor Cottages Property Owner

"A really lovely property to stay in, and a great base for our trip to the Cotswolds."
Being in Chipping Norton was perfect for walks to local pubs, restaurant and shops, whilst being very secluded and quiet in the accommodation. Would happily recommend!
It's in a lovely location and we are delighted you think so too. We would love to welcome you again soon. Kind regards Manor Cottages. Property Owner

"Just finished an excellent stay in this comfy and well appointed cottage."
Good location for road trips to Cotswold sights, as well as walks to and around Chipping Norton. An M&S food is handily located too. There is ample parking inside electronically gated grounds. The Wifi was fast and reliable, there is also a smart TV and some books to read. Its certainly nice and spacious inside. The kitchen appliances are all great once the knack of switching them on and using them is learned, this is not a kitchen for technophobes though! I was also very impressed by how fast a malfunctioning toaster was replaced for us, literally the next morning a new one arrived.
Thank you for your lovely comments, we are so delighted you enjoyed your stay with us and we would love to welcome you again soon for another stay with us. Kind regards Manor Cottages. Property Owner

"Beautifull cottage, well located."
Complete interior, everything is there. Private parking. It could be better cleaned. There is a lot of dust underneath the sofa and beds. The beds on the first floor are extremely outdated and should be replaced. They're falling apart, and the mattresses are completely worn out. It's shameful to put such beds in a cottage with this price. I received a email beforehand saying that if I needed anything extra, like a high chair or crib, I could send a message. So I sent a message asking if a high chair could be provided, but it turned out that wasn't possible for this location. Maybe it's better not to offer it then?!

"It was great, but the light switches had a big problem in the kitchen dinning area, blowing the trip; maybe an earthing problem."
Also even-though the kitchen was modern the utensils, frying pan and either items we so unclean i had to wash them before use and even had to buy another frying pan, it was that bad. For the price tge attention to detail was lacking. No where really suitable to hang clothing if staying more than a couple of days. There was a big closet in that downstairs room that could have been a wardrobe, but it was full of towels, bed linen and stuff. But to be fair a fantastic location and we loved it, but just some of the detail was lacking, especially as it was so expensive.
Thank you for your comments and raising with us. If you had contacted us during your stay we would have been happy to rectify for you . We shall be carrying out a full property check to investigate where improvements can be made. We are pleased that you were happy with the location, it is very convenient for Chipping Norton High Street. Best wishes Manor Cottages Property Owner

"Beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable accommodation in a great location."
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book again in a heartbeat. Spent many nights using the cottage as a base for travels all over the Cotswolds. Within walking distance to shops, pubs, restaurants but so very quiet. Highly recommended.
We are pleased that you enjoyed your stay and the convenient location. It sounds like you had a very busy time with all your trips out. Best wishes Manor Cottages Property Owner

"We had a lovely stay, beautiful cottage and surroundings."
We had a great time and the cottage was well equipped - That being said it was unfortunate we were there during a heatwave as it made it very hot at night. One thing that could help for future guests is the provision of a fan in each bedroom. Also, a pair of scissors in the kitchen would be very useful.
We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay and the lovely location. The owner has taken your comments onboard will purchase a fan for each bedroom and replacement scissors for the kitchen, they must have gone missing. We hope we can welcome you back again. Best wishes Manor Cottages Property Owner

"Cottage was superb."
Very clean and spacious. Views were beautiful. Property was inside a gated property and was therefore very quiet and private which was lovely considering it was so close to the centre of chipping norton. We had a fabulous holiday and the owners were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be visiting again. It would be very handy to have a mirror in the upstairs bedroom but apart from that faultless.
Thank you for your lovely feedback. We are so pleased you enjoyed your stay, thank you for your comments on the mirror we shall get this looked into. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon. Best Wishes Manor Cottages Property Owner
