"Daisy cottage was very peaceful and relaxing."
Just a short walk to the lovely old town of chipping sodbury. The beds were comfortable as were the sofas.
It would be very useful to have a fridge with a freezer compartment. Also it would be useful to have instructions of what to do at the end of our stay e.g where to leave keys, what to do with dirty towels/bedding and rubbish. But we had no contact with the owner throughout our stay - a message in the cottage states to contact booking agent if any issues!!!
The cottage is in need of a little tlc. We tried to open the double doors during our stay but the wood was so rot we didn't dare!
A welcome pack would've been much appreciated too especially after driving 200 miles to get there.

"Daisy cottage was lovely so close to the Cotswolds."
Good value for money. The only downside are the mattresses there wasn’t one good one. The two single beds were the worse The springs had definitely gone. Please please renew them and I will come again.

"We had a lovely week's stay at Daisy Cottage."
It had everything in the property for our stay and the owner was avaliable if we had needed help with anything. The cottage is close to lots of local amenities and places of interest whilst being in a beautiful rural setting. We were able to bring our dog along and there was a perfectly enclosed outside space for him and us to use.

"A super cottage, very well equipped and extremely comfortable."
Excellent design so you can look out on enclosed courtyard garden from bedroom and living room. Very dog friendly; Buddy, our greyhound, enjoyed local walks from the cottage. Very convenient for local amenities and visiting Cotswolds, Wiltshire and beyond. Several National Trust properties nearby. Quiet location but felt safe and secure being within the farm with other rental cottages on site.

"It is a lovely cottage in quiet area, fantastic for walking dogs."
The cottage shares the boiler for another cottage so kept coming in at strange times as the other cottage used warm water. The cottage heating did not work and left after a few nights due to cold. Knocked on door of main house a few times re heating issue but no answer.

"Lovely and clean property."
The sunny patio area is enclosed for your 4 legged friend. The owner allows you to walk and exercise your pet in his fields, my dog loved the area. Plenty of hot water, TV is Freeview so plenty to watch. The owner and his son are friendly. Lovely place to stay A*

"The cottage was lovely, we really enjoyed our stay."
It was comfortable, cosy and clean. The owners where great and very welcoming. Looked like a brand new settee and chairs which was nice. I seen people mentioning about the WIFI, the WIFI worked absolutely fine in the kitchen/living area, just not in the bedrooms, which was perfect for us, meant our children couldn't stay up on thier devices. The Two tunnels 20k cycle ride around bath was fantastic, highly recommend. All in all, it was a great family holiday.

"Where do i start."
??? The whole cottage is is in need of some tender care and a DEEP DEEP clean. The chairs are uncomfortable stained cushions and mats stained. and in need of a good clean. Who leaves a green scouring sponge and dirty dishcloth for the next guests to use. The frying pan more bent and stained than you can imagine. The oven glove left was disgusting and just fit for the bin. Every door the runners on the back thick of dust. And the big beams in main bedroom are covered in 1 inch of cacked dust the only thing missing was the birds nest. The patio could be lovely if powered washed and moss removed. Would have been nice to be able to make a drink on arrival but the only thing in cupboards was packets of food clearly left from previous guests , a few tea bags and milk would have been nice.
Have in stayed at a few holiday cottages can only say (as our first Sykes )if this is there standard will be the last.
