The property

Merchants Cottage is a marvellous contemporary-styled dwelling, positioned in Old Town, a desirable and quaint part of Stratford-upon-Avon, lying within a steady half a mile walk from the town centre with its excellent range of shopping facilities and restaurants.

This spacious Grade II listed cottage is within a conservation area, and has been the subject of a comprehensive programme of restoration and refurbishment, completed during the early summer of 2019.
