  • "Lovely weeks stay in the cottage."

It’s compact but has everything you’d need. We were made to feel very welcome and the bonus at the end was some real ale that the owner gave us. Delicious! Would recommend staying here and hopefully we’ll see you again.

Kitchen/Living room, bedroom and bathroom provide all you need. The owners, Tracie and Mike, made us feel very welcome and provided many extras we did not expect. They also recommeded a few activities and made our stay very enjoyable. For us Fox Cottage was a home away from home!

  • "This is a beautiful little property attached to a stunning thatched cottage with pleasant gardens."

It was nicely furnished with a very comfortable bed and a good hot shower - all very necessary when, like us, the weather throws a wobble and you arrive home soaked and cold! The owners, Tracie and Mike are great hosts. We didn't see too much of them, but we knew we could contact them if we needed, which suited us fine. We were woken every morning by the gentle clucking of the hens and visited by Zorro, the cat, via the kitchen window! It was just perfect! We found we were perfectly situated to visit places near and far as the road network made it so easy.( Not something we are used to in Norfolk) and we travelled widely....Bath and Ironbridge to name two. We have both said how refreshed we feel, which I doubt we have ever thought before, and what a fantastic week we had, despite the weather. I would highly recommend Fox Cottage. It's not large, but it doesn't matter as you'll be out and about enjoying all that Worcestershire and beyond has to offer.

What a lovely kind review! You certainly packed some great trips in ! We really hope to see you both again . Thanks so much ! Property Owner

Simon. The situation of the cottage meant it was very peaceful, and the patio area was ideal for Simon to trot around safely, and I found the bed extremely comfortable which is not always a given. Tracie and Mike were very helpful and welcoming, especially when my visitors found a reservation at the Admiral Rodney had been cancelled at short notice. Mike suggested the Hadley Bowling Green Inn which proved to be an absolute gem. Wonderful food, lots of history, welcomed dogs, and only ten minutes away. Warning, if you throw a stick for Mikes spaniel you will be there for the morning! A truly lovely experience, thanks Tracie and Mike.

The enormous smart TV with Netflix and Sky Cinema was much enjoyed, as was the power shower. Sadly we had to leave early because of inclement weather, but we recommend this cottage and had the best pub roast we've ever had at the nearby Bowling Green Inn.
