It is situated on the main road between Derry City and Moville and is a key Junction for travelers heading for most areas of North Inishowen. The village is home to some basic amenities, including a local pub, The Point Inn, a small bar and a village store stocking cupboard essentials. The nearby fishing village of Muff offers a greater selection of amenities, as well as hosting the annual Muff Festival each summer and offers visitors a superb base for touring North Donegal.
