  • "The shower didnt produce any water."

    4 people hand washing in a basin to attend a wedding. Poor experience. Otherwise the property was clean and tidy and location/setting is accurate. Adare is a nice place.

Unfortunately you didn’t make us aware of the problem at the time—had we been made aware by yourselves, we would have acted immediately to resolve it. Hopefully the complimentary late checkout compensated in some way. We understand how important this was, especially with a wedding to attend, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. A brand-new shower was installed within 24 hours of your departure, meaning now every electrical product in the cottage is brand new, all updated since our recent purchase of the property. Thankfully the hot water bath tub was available to you throughout. We're glad to hear you found the property clean and tidy and enjoyed the location.     It's a great location right on the main street. The cottage was beautiful and in amazing condition. Getting the key was extremely easy. Highly recommend!
