Continue through to the kitchen/diner, where you’ll find the essential appliances needed for preparing meals during your stay, before gathering around the dining table to enjoy them together.

The cottage hosts three bedrooms: a super-king, zip/link, can be twin on request with its own en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, and a second king sized bedroom.

Upstairs, a twin room provides additional sleeping space, making the property well-suited to a variety of guest groups.

Completing the interior is a bathroom featuring a freestanding bath, walk-in shower, double basin and WC, ideal for either a quick refresh or a long soak after a day’s adventures.

Outside a large enclosed garden perfect for pets and children to run around freely and safely.

The decking area offers a pleasant place to sit and enjoy the fresh Welsh air, with outdoor furniture for relaxed moments and a hot tub providing the perfect way to wind down in the evening.

From Flyfishers Cottage, visitors can venture to the nearby market town of Bala, known for its welcoming shops and cafés and its lakeside setting beside Llyn Tegid, the largest natural lake in Wales.

The small rural village of Llandrillo is situated between the Snowdonia National Park and the Berwyn Mountain range and offers superb walking and cycling trails and a traditional village pub. The bustling market town of Bala is just 8 miles away, located at the head of Llyn Tegid, Bala’s famous lake. Renowned as a centre for great watersports including fishing, sailing, canoeing and windsurfing, Bala is also the headquarters of the narrow gauge Bala Lake Railway. The town has a range of interesting shops, inns and restaurants, and an historical Town Walk. An ideal location for touring all North and Mid Wales including the stunning Cambrian Bay Coast with the six-mile long Harlech beach, overlooked by its majestic medieval castle.
