At the heart of the home is an open‑plan living space, where the kitchen, dining and sitting areas sit together to create a central hub for shared time.

The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals, while the dining area invites relaxed mealtimes.

The sitting area provides a comfortable space to unwind with the Smart TV, centred around an electric fire that adds warmth after days spent by the coast.

A separate first‑floor sitting room offers an additional retreat, giving guests space to spread out, while a utility room adds further practicality for longer stays.

The accommodation includes five bedrooms, offering flexibility for a wide range of party make‑ups.

There is a double bedroom with en‑suite walk‑in shower, basin and WC, along with two further double bedrooms, a twin, and a bunk bedroom, making the property well-suited to families.

Salcombe is a popular destination for walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea and was once a major port.
