  • "Couldn't be happier, lovely clean modern lodge in a brilliant central location for visiting North and south Cornish coast."

Lovely views of the river, bullocks in adjacent field and woodpecker on the bird feeder. Very pleasant, ( but not intrusive site owners) made for a peaceful week of relaxing, exploring and Hot Tubing!

  • "Jane and Andy are great hosts."

They live on site so are available if needed. Riverside Lodge overlooks the Fowey River and there is access to a large garden . The lodge is very comfortable and well equipped. It is located near Bodmin so is very convenient for visiting all of Cornwall. The added benefit is the hot tub.

The location is perfect and central. The accommodation itself is flawless, they had thought of everything and it was well equipped for our little family. The garden is beautiful and had plenty of space for the children to run around. They especially loved the trampoline.

So lucky to have found such a beautiful lodge on stunning grounds. The owners are attentive to detail and the lodge was immaculate on arrival. The furnishings in the lodge were beautiful and the beds extremely comfortable. The grounds were kept clean and the bird feeders topped up to allow us to be entertained by the abundance of visitors to their garden. The hot tub was a wonderful treat enjoyed every day after a long day exploring the beautiful cornish villages and coastlines. The owners (Andy & Julie) were lovely and friendly and very helpful. We found the lodge to be luxurious, comfortable and perfectly situated since we were visiting the Eden Project during our stay. We also visited many other areas of Cornwall and returning to the lodge each evening was always a pleasure. The hot tub was so relaxing! I cannot recommend this lodge highly enough it's perfect for couples or a family of 4.
