The hot tub was fantastic and the cycle path alongside made a great morning walk with Rosie our dog.

  • "The property was in a good location, most importantly it was clean and tidy when we arrived."

There are a few things that need repairing but can easily be fixed. The key safe is in an awkward place so if you are elderly or have back issues this might be a problem for you. It was also very difficult to get the safe to open. It should really be replaced and moved. The property itself is fine, it was spacious and was well equipped. We both felt the beds were uncomfortable but that is just a personal preference. The Wi-Fi worked well and overall it was a pleasant stay.

Hello thank you for your feedback back it’s greatly appreciated I will have the key safe replaced this week and I put the key safe down low so it was out of site for safety reasons I have considered other options like digital key code entry but not everyone is tech savvy including myself sorry you found the beds uncomfortable I’ll keep and eye on this of future feedback hope to have you return again sometime. • "The worst property we have stayed in!"

!!!. Black mould on all the showers. Needs a handle putting in the bath to help people get out. Skirting boards need dusting and painting. Dust on all the headboards and wardrobe. Fridge had thick ice at the back of it and was filthy inside so had to clean it!!!. Very shabby. Also in the information he never mentioned it was on a main busy road, since I’m going through a stressful divorce and my mum is 80 on a months time it really wasn’t what we wanted . The oven was dirty , thick with grease on doors and inside. Pans in the draws were thick with grease!!. The patio doors - the rims were coming off and couldn’t open the blinds easily. All the windows in the house were dirty too!!!. No tea towels or dishcloths. No cleaning materials!!!!. Overall very unhappy with our stay

Hello I am sorry you feel this was the worst holiday let you have stayed in there is contact numbers there for you to contact myself or Sykes if there was a problem and you chose to do neither of these. Regards to your 80year old mother who struggled to get out of the bath there is a wet room on the ground floor witch would be more accommodating for someone who struggles As for the black mould, this is the first I have heard of this and I want to thank you for addressing this matter. I have a person attending to this in the next 2 weeks once they are free to resolve this. Yes the property is on the main road into Woolacombe how ever there is 2 off street parking and access to the property via the back so no need to be walking on the pavement next to said road also the property has rear access to the tarka trail. As for the cleanliness I have raised this with the cleaner and she has assured me the property was clean! Again I stress there is CONTACT NUMBERS if the property was as bad as you claim why did you not call to have this resolved however you chose to stay for the duration and then leave a dreadful review thanks for your kind words and good luck for future stays else where I have some one going to inspect the property to report back to myself on all issues Property Owner
