  • "Despite being there shortly after Christmas when the weather took on Biblical proportions, we had a lovely relaxing stay and the apartment was a fabulous place to retreat to at the end of the day."

Sauna and full sized snooker table were a welcome bonus too! Can highly recommend.

  • "A great week at Maple Tree View."

Our hosts couldn't have been more helpful with regular updates and a well presented property on arrival. Thank you! If you're looking for a secluded spot, this is the place for you... The kids were back at school and it was so peaceful. Bliss! Devon country lanes feature heavily, so brush up on your reversing skills and take a detailed map. Loads to see and do with stunning scenery and Dartmouth close at hand for all the essentials. Everything we needed at the apartment for a relaxing and comfortable week. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend.

  • "Extremely quiet and comfortable location."

Beautiful grounds, super outdoor, heated pool, tennis court and snooker room....all great quality. Maple Tree View was excellent, comfortable, spacious and everything we needed. Owners were extremely helpful and provided us with useful information and answered any quarries we had very promptly. Would highly recommend for a quiet, relaxing stay. The roads are typically narrow to get to the property but you would expect this in Devon/Cornwall.

  • "A wonderful apartment, well equipped in beautiful surroundings, perfect for us and my two children."

The owners were fast to respond, attentive, and instructions were clear. We were left eggs, milk, wine and olive oil on arrival, which was a lovely gesture. We couldn't have asked for any more and are already started the process of rebooking for 2024.
