  • "We all loved our stay at 21 Dart Marina."

    Everything was absolutely perfect, including the weather! There was nothing we would change. It was especially perfect for my elderly parents - the lift and level access were so helpful. We will be back! Thank you.

  • "Perfect location and view, needs a few tiny details doing, very dusty under tv unit, main bed leans out on sides, so feels like your falling off, no pizza cutter, no handle for mop."

  • "We had a lovely stay here with our little sausage dog, perfect location, beautiful, well equipped apartment."

    Only minor issue we encountered was with parking, however that was due to our vehicle size & that of the neighbours, plus the wall. Easily solved though in that we parked in a visitor space. One thing that could be improved would be the pillows, other than that we loved our stay so much we re-booked for the following year & hopefully will have an equally as comfortable stay.

  • "The owner needs to check the boiler for water leaks, we had to call out Coast and Country to restore the pressure, and it had fallen from 2 to 1."

    5 bar by the time we left. Darragh tightened the hose connectors on the silvery U shaped hose to the left of the boiler which were dripping. You'll see the water marks in the floor under. Suggest you get a technician to tighten fully. It was not working when we arrived but Coast and Country fixed it within the hour of my calling. Excellent service from them. Couldn't get out of my car when correctly parked owing to wall and next door SUV fulling it's space centrally. The nice lady at Dart Marina office said never mind, park in any unnumbered space. Would that work in August? Returning to the boiler, we left the controls set as they were, at 18 Deg I think and the thermostat set to 2.5 Thanks for an enjoyable stay! Richard Bull

  • "Delightful stay and the beautiful apartment overlooking dart marina."

    Classy modern apartment with smart bedrooms and a large lounge area. Lift to the first floor proved very useful and accessibility to Dartmouth was perfect. We have infact just booked for a week in September 2025 We were more than pleased with our stay at number 41.

  • "Our only concern and it was very annoying , we notified you flat 20 fire alarm was going off since Friday and right through our stay."

  • "This was a lovely flat - generally well equipped and comfortable and with fantastic views over the river."

    There was always something to look at from naval cadets’ manoeuvres to the paddle steamer, ferry across the river, all sorts of sailing craft and even seals and herons. The flat is also within an easy walk of all the facilities in Dartmouth. It made an excellent holiday.

    Lovely apartment amazing views of the Dart the facilities all good nice high spec The only negative I would like to share is about the two single beds being zipped… my in laws advised they were uncomfortable and slope to one side Overall happy and would consider staying again

The property

21 Dart Marina is a luxury first floor apartment, providing superb accommodation for couples or families.

Situated in a beautiful waterside spot in historic Dartmouth, this property has fabulous views up the River Dart and across to Kingswear from the living area.

The property has a fabulous semi-circular window, which can be fully opened on a sunny day, to create a Juliette balcony, wonderful for enjoying this stunning marine vista. Two flights of stairs or a good-sized lift lead up to the apartment entrance, which opens into a spacious hallway.

A stylish and contemporary lounge provides plentiful comfortable seating, plus a 42” TV and Sonos surround sound music system.

The dining table is in front of the semi-circular bay window offering lovely views up and down the river.

Well equipped kitchen, with Poggenpohl units and integrated appliances, makes self-catering a pleasure.

The master bedroom has a King-size bed and beautiful, fully tiled en suite bathroom with a Kaldewei bath, and spacious separate shower cubicle.

The second bedroom is a twin room with two single beds (that can be zip and linked to create a super King-size bed if requested).

There is also family bathroom (opposite the second bedroom), with Kaldewei bath and shower (over). Picturesque Dartmouth’s award-winning restaurants, quaint cobbled streets and boutique shops are just a short, flat walk along the embankment, whilst the stunning Start Bay coastline is just a 10 minute drive away. Guests have 1 allocated parking space.

Dartmouth lies on the banks of the beautiful River Dart estuary in the popular and picturesque South Hams area of South Devon. Located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to the coast, Dartmouth is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Devon. It offers a stunning waterfront, ancient narrow streets lined with boutique shops, restaurants and art galleries plus many local events such as the annual Dart Music Festival and the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta, along with the Dartmouth Food Festival held every October. There are many interesting cycling and walking routes around Dartmouth, including the South West Coast Path, the Dart Valley Trail and plenty of quiet country lanes. A trip on the Dartmouth Steam Railway through picturesque countryside to Paignton is a must, and so is a boat trip across to Kingswear and on to Brixham, a pretty little harbour town.
