  • "On our arrival we were greeted by the owner."

On entering our property it was warm and very welcoming. We could not fault anything, everything was spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and the kitchen was equipped with all you need. We will definitely return

Thank you for your feedback. Much appreciated. All ways Good to hear you all enjoyed your stay and the lakes. Kind regards. Property Owner

  • "A wonderfully peaceful break on a farm/fishing lakes, with security gates at night."

The owners live on site. Everything we needed, loved the corner bath, king sized beds, very comfortable, loads of pillows. Cottage was very clean. Kitchen well equipped. The only thing that would be good would be more lighting in the lounge, a tall lamp maybe by the dining table?

  • "We really enjoyed our holiday."

The only interior comment would be more lighting in the dining table area. We liked to play cards and board games late afternoon and evening. The very hospitable owners did suggest we took bedside lights through. Outside comment two very dead hanging baskets over front entrance. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to stay again.

  • "Lovely cottage, very peaceful with everything we needed."

Patio on the front to have breakfast in the sun and patio at the back for eating tea in the sun! Bedrooms were huge and comfortable. Location is quiet but easy access to the main road to get to the coast and not far from South Molton for food and supermarket. Very clean and tidy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. And the fishing was a bonus!
