Step inside to discover a beautifully presented open-plan living space, where you can unwind in the inviting sitting room, complete with a Smart TV and a selection of books for your entertainment.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, which can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar.

After a day of exploring, sink into the plush King-size bed, or freshen up in the sleek shower room, complete with a walk-in shower.

Outside, the enclosed garden offers a serene space to relax, with a patio, lawn, and furniture, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening drink.

The area is a dream for National Trust lovers.

Just across the River Dart lies the famous Greenway Estate, Agatha Christie’s former holiday home, with its subtropical gardens, woodland walks and riverside paths.

A little further afield, the striking Coleton Fishacre near Kingswear offers dramatic Art Deco architecture, beautiful gardens and breathtaking sea views.

Both make wonderful days out, blending history, nature and classic Devon scenery. Beyond the National Trust attractions, Dittisham itself is a highlight: a postcard-perfect village with a welcoming riverside pub, sailing club and easy access to the water.

The River Dart is central to life here—ideal for boating, kayaking, paddleboarding or simply enjoying ferry trips to Dartmouth and Greenway.

Nearby Dartmouth offers independent shops, excellent restaurants, historic streets and a lively harbour atmosphere. The surrounding area is rich in natural beauty, from the South West Coast Path to golden beaches such as Blackpool Sands and Slapton Sands, all within easy reach.

DARTMOUTH

Totnes 12 miles.

Dartmouth lies on the banks of the beautiful River Dart estuary in the popular and picturesque South Hams area of South Devon. Located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to the coast, Dartmouth is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Devon. It offers a stunning waterfront, ancient narrow streets lined with boutique shops, restaurants and art galleries plus many local events such as the annual Dart Music Festival and the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta, along with the Dartmouth Food Festival held every October. There are many interesting cycling and walking routes around Dartmouth, including the South West Coast Path, the Dart Valley Trail and plenty of quiet country lanes. A trip on the Dartmouth Steam Railway through picturesque countryside to Paignton is a must, and so is a boat trip across to Kingswear and on to Brixham, a pretty little harbour town. For those seeking some beach activities, there is a wide choice in the South Hams area such as Blue Flag Award winner Blackpool Sands, and Slapton Sands, both extremely popular and just a stone's throw from Dartmouth. A relaxing location in South Devon.
