The property

This end of terraced cottage is situated over three floors, in the village of Chudleigh, a charming town with a vast history dating back over thousands of years.

The whole family can explore the beautiful scenery and return to Medlands, which boasts a spacious interior so everyone can relax in pure comfort.

Enter through the hallway to a lovely lounge, designed with two sofas, perfect for reading a good book, or selecting one of the games for some family fun.

The charming dining area boasts plenty of seating, as well as a sofa which lies next to a characterful woodburning stove, a nice spot to unwind whilst waiting for those delightful meals to warm up.

A breakfast bar centres the layout, with a quirky kitchen located to the other side, taking you through to the beautiful suntrap garden with small lawn and patio area, or the parking area.

On a nice day you can even make the most of the barbecue and enjoy the sunshine throughout the day.

Upstairs you will discover a bathroom and a shower room, providing guests with a choice of places to get ready from morning through to evening.

One double bedroom overlooks the front of the property, whilst the second lies adjacent with views towards the rear.

Two additional bedrooms are tucked away onto the next floor, wrapped in characterful low ceilings, and sleeping arrangements well-suited for children or extra guests.

The entire location in and around Chudleigh is a walker's paradise, with magnificent views to be admired.

If you're feeling a little more energetic then you could take a short journey to Dartmoor National Park to try your hand at rock climbing, kayaking on the nearby River Teign, mountain biking or trekking around the area.

A short drive will take you to the lovely beaches of the South Devon Coast.

An ideal base for your holiday and those wishing to explore the region of South Devon.
