At ground floor level is a magnificent master bedroom with super-King-size bed and en suite shower room.

There is a further en suite double room at this level with King size bed.

At lower ground floor there is a third double with King-size four-poster bed, and a children's room to the rear with two single beds.

In addition to the two en suites is a further family bathroom - adjacent to the children's bedroom - on the lower ground floor. The property has a good-sized balcony off the sitting area with stunning views across the estuary towards Millbay and East Portlemouth beaches, as well as allocated parking for one car. This truly is the perfect location for enjoying a memorable Salcombe holiday, for couples, two families holidaying together or for a special celebratory extended family break.
