  • "Lovely area and quite."

the cottage was cosy and clean. the kitchen cupboards was fill up with too much plates and chine. so we had no room for our tins of food and cereal for the week. and the fridge freezer was fill up with the owners frozen food. no pegs with the washing machine the kitchen needs a sort out and it be lovely.

Thank you for your feedback. I like to provide a good selection of china and glassware to cover the needs of all guests. There is a large larder fridge with 380 litre capacity for food with separate freezer with the top section free of the freezer available for guests' use. I am only too happy to provide guests with any additional items needed but please do ask! Pegs and egg cups are now in situ! Hope you enjoyed your stay at the cottage. Property Owner

  • "Lovely quiet cottage, owner made us feel very welcome."

Beds were comfy and the cottage was clean overall. It would have benefitted us to have something outside like a washing line or airer to dry wetsuits etc but this isn’t going to affect to everyone and is a minor point. The cottage would benefit greatly to have access to a hoover just to keep on top of the hair situation on a daily basis if you’re bringing your dogs with you. Overall we had a lovely stay at Glebe Cottage and would return. If you are looking for some no frills peace and quiet in lovely rural surroundings this could be right up your street.

So glad that you had an enjoyable and comfy stay. A clothes airer and washing line is available for guests upon request. It was extremely good of you to leave the cottage so clean and tidy. I have now provided a vacuum for those guests who wish to use it during their stay! Hope to see you both and Ted again! Property Owner
