  • "The furniture in the house is tired and looks like the majority was purchased from a jumble sale."

The springs / support in the sofa's had totally gone and was uncomfortable to sit on.The house was on a really noisy road which meant it was impossible to sleep with the windows open. Exmouth itself is great, sadly the house is not!

  • "The property is located in a very convenient position just a short stroll to the beach and the town."

The beach is lovely and Sandy and exceeded our expectations. The house was modern and clean but all the beds were uncomfortable and new mattresses are required. Additionally the duvets are bulky and uncomfortable. It would also have been very useful to have a tumble dryer and for the back courtyard to have been cleared of the overhanging trees. The neighbours were very friendly.

  • "Lovely house in a very handy location - short walk to the beach and town and having parking for two cars was great"

    Mrs WilkinsonJul 2021

  • "Accommodation was good."

With some changes it could be excellent: * TV in kitchen/diner is not connected to any signal, so is a waste of space. * Bed was hard and very creaky. Hard to change position without waking partner. * Neighbour's plants are overhanging the fence and making the already small patio area harder to enjoy. * we were their for a fortnight. Each Wednesday evening we put the bins out as per instructions. Recycling bins were emptied on the middle Thursday, but not the main bin. On the 2nd Thursday nothing was emptied. I appreciate this is a problem with the council rather than the property, but if I don't mention it the owner won't know and therefore be able to address the issue with the council. Other than these small niggles everything was fine with the accommodation and we had a good time. The location is great, with the beach, cafes and restaurants all within easy walking distance, and brunch from "Crusty Cobs" became a holiday tradition.

  • "A good sized home to suit a family in an ideal location for walking to both the beautiful beach and the town square with a great range of restaurants, pubs and shops."

    Mr TurnerJun 2021

  • "We visited in September when lock down 1 had been relaxed, but still felt safe and comfortable in the house."

Most local facilities were open and we were lucky with the weather. Exmouth is lovely with some incredible restaurants!

    Mrs ReesonSep 2020

  • "The main advantage of this house was its location; it's a two-minute walk to the sea-front and a 5-minute walk into the town centre, making it very convenient both for families wanting to spend time at the beach, and for people who, like us, want to walk the South West Coast path, which is spectacular along the Jurassic coast."

    Mr McevoyAug 2020

  • "Lovely house with everything you need in it."

Good base to explore the Jurassic coast from.

    Miss CartyAug 2020

  • "Booking process was very straight forward and communication prior to the holiday was good."

The property was well described and everything was beautifully presented and clean. Sophie, the caretaker, was very helpful and helped make the whole holiday very pleasant and enjoyable

    Mr AtkinsonOct 2019

  • "Great, spacious house with good location close to sea front and town amenities."

We had a lovely week in October and enjoyed Exmouth so much we think we'll return again soon.
