  • "Very happy with our stay!"

Everything we needed plus! ! Very generous welcome pack .only improvements would be a step in the back garden so it would be safer to use instead of going through the front with the dog but will be back later in the year. Thanks to the house keeper who phoned to ask if everything was satisfactory and it certainly was.

  • "Tha apartment is lovely and comfortable with everything you would need, the beds very comfy."

There is a lovely large TV,lots of holiday cottages overlook a good size TV. It is very central to the town and beach . The only downside is the approach to the apartment, there is a small wall you have to step over and there is no handrail to assist you.We are in our seventy s and found it a little awkward. Having said that I would recommend the apartment and would return. Thank you for the food hamper is was a nice suprise

Thank you for your very nice review. I am sorry you had difficulties with access to the apartment. I have amended the access instructions to make it more clear that the entrance that you used was only an extra facility. The main entrance is via the building front door under the portico and through the internal main hallway. Property Owner

The owner had provided everything you would need for your stay including basic groceries after our long journey ,even catered for our dog. It was warm clean and peaceful. We had a lovely week even in February. Would book again.

  • "A lovely cosy, warm and welcoming apartment."

Really generously equipped, and the owner thoughtfully left the heating on for our arrival, which was much appreciated. In an excellent location for the centre of Minehead. Highly recommended, and we would happily return.

That is so nice of you to share your comments. Thankyou Property Owner

  • "Amazing downstairs apartment with great facilities in the most convenient location for the sea front and town centre."

Owner Christine provided a lovely touch with a 'get you in' pack that was very much appreciated. Lovely and warm during the cold weather, clean, tidy and everything you could ask for. Would be 5 stars, but let down by an important factor, that it advertised walk-in shower, vital for our parents. However, it was too high and unsafe to get in and out for anyone older with limited mobility. Such a shame, cos that let a perfect holiday down. That said we had an amazing time

Thankyou for your lovely and appreciated comments. I can understand your frustration over the wording regarding the shower. This will be changed and also reflect the fact that it has a 9" rise. Thankyou for bringing this to my attention. Property Owner

  • "This was the perfect spot for visiting Minehead itself and also for touring the surrounding area."

All Minehead’s amenities are practically on the doorstep; shops, the steam railway, the seafront and bus services are just a few minutes away. And yet, the apartment is in a quiet residential road. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. It had everything we needed, and more. An important bonus was that the owner was not one of the “remote” ones, but made herself easily contactable. We appreciated this personal link. We would certainly go back.

  • "Great location close to town but quiet."

The owner contacted us about our dog for size as she provides a dog bed. Very friendly owner who wanted to make sure we were happy with everything but not intrusive. Wonderful welcome pack including things for the dog. All very thoughtful. Felt at home with everything you could need plus some extras. Would stay here again.

  • "The property was perfect for our short family holiday."

It was clean, tidy and comfortable with everything we needed. The owner kindly left us and our dog enough food to see us through till the following morning which was appreciated. The only slight negative was we did struggle for hot water for a family of 4 to shower in the evening (the boost for the boiler didn't seem to do anything) but we worked around this and it by no means spoilt anything. The property is also in such a perfect location. Would highly recommend and would certainly like to return. Thank you

Thank you for your mainly positive feedback. I will look into the water situation. Property Owner
