  • "Amazing downstairs apartment with great facilities in the most convenient location for the sea front and town centre."

Owner Christine provided a lovely touch with a 'get you in' pack that was very much appreciated. Lovely and warm during the cold weather, clean, tidy and everything you could ask for. Would be 5 stars, but let down by an important factor, that it advertised walk-in shower, vital for our parents. However, it was too high and unsafe to get in and out for anyone older with limited mobility. Such a shame, cos that let a perfect holiday down. That said we had an amazing time

  • "This was the perfect spot for visiting Minehead itself and also for touring the surrounding area."

All Minehead’s amenities are practically on the doorstep; shops, the steam railway, the seafront and bus services are just a few minutes away. And yet, the apartment is in a quiet residential road. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. It had everything we needed, and more. An important bonus was that the owner was not one of the “remote” ones, but made herself easily contactable. We appreciated this personal link. We would certainly go back.

Christine the owner was such a lovely helpful lady. Ideal for couple or family, plenty of room inside and small patio at the back.

  • "Great location close to town but quiet."

The owner contacted us about our dog for size as she provides a dog bed. Very friendly owner who wanted to make sure we were happy with everything but not intrusive. Wonderful welcome pack including things for the dog. All very thoughtful. Felt at home with everything you could need plus some extras. Would stay here again.

  • "The property was perfect for our short family holiday."

It was clean, tidy and comfortable with everything we needed. The owner kindly left us and our dog enough food to see us through till the following morning which was appreciated. The only slight negative was we did struggle for hot water for a family of 4 to shower in the evening (the boost for the boiler didn't seem to do anything) but we worked around this and it by no means spoilt anything. The property is also in such a perfect location. Would highly recommend and would certainly like to return. Thank you

Thank you for your mainly positive feedback. I will look into the water situation. Property Owner
