This property lies in the charming village of Thurlestone, and offers wonderful modern accommodation, ideal for families or a group of friends looking to explore Devon.

Bay Tree Cottage has been decorated to a high standard, with a cosy sitting room set at the front of the property.

As you walk through the door, you will be struck by the lovely welcoming feeling, with plush sofas and an armchair, where you can relax and unwind after a long day sightseeing - with a delightful feature fireplace to set the mood.

In the evenings, you can enjoy the Smart TV with a DVD player to watch all your favourite shows and films.

Down the hall, toward the back of the property you will find the open-plan, newly fitted kitchen/ dining room with seating for six people.

Enjoy a lovely family meal, or use the space to play board games from the selection provided.

The kitchen has been amply-equipped with everything you could need and includes a washing machine.

There is a convenient ground floor cloakroom with a basin and WC.

Following the steps to the first floor, you will find three light and airy bedrooms; one king-size with an en-suite shower room, one double and one twin (this can be zipped together to form a king-size bed on request).

Each bedroom is elegantly furnished and decorated with a light and restful colour scheme.

With a separate family bathroom with a bath, with a shower over and a hand-held shower - so whatever your preference, this property has it.

To the front of the property, there is an enclosed lawned garden and patio area, with a table and chairs provided - the ideal space to sit out and watch the sunset with a welcome glass of wine.

There is off-road parking available for two cars.

The nearby pub, The Village Inn, offers a varied menu and local ales, Thurlestone Hotel is well worth a visit for an indulgent Devon cream tea.

Thurlestone beach and the South West Coast Path is only a short walk away with two golf courses (9 and 18 hole) also on the doorstep.

The nearby beaches at Hope Cove, Bantham and Bigbury are the ideal places to enjoy a variety of water sports during the summer months.
