  • "We had a wonderful stay at Rosa in Torquay."

    The apartment was exactly as stayted. Spotless clean . . All cleaning products provided. Very well equipped , foil ,cling film , tea ,coffee, salt & pepper,kitchen roll, toilet rolls. Judith made us feel very welcome & suggested places of interest to visit. The view over the harbour ,from the apartment was amazing. Terrace with all garden furniture & umbrella. Couldn't fault it at all. Can't wait to return. Highly recommend this apartment .

  • "Fabulous property, well maintained, excellent views from property both day and night."

    Very comfortable and was made extremely welcomed. Single duvets on double bed were a bonus especially as it was very hot that week, why don’t other people think of it. You could sit all day looking out over the marina and bay. The huge patio area with sun chairs, umbrella and table made for alfresco dining completed a relaxing holiday. Would we return, yes.

The property is peaceful and faces South.

It has large picture windows and it is only a short downhill walk to the harbour and restaurants.

Upon entering Rosa, you will be greeted by a tastefully decorated open-plan living area.

Here, you can unwind on the comfy seating while catching up on your favourite shows on the TV.

The kitchen area is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and washing machine, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.

The dining table comfortably seats 4 people.

The kitchen boiler enables you to set your own timing and heating temperatures.

When it's time to retire for the night the blue and white double bedroom with king-size bed and comfortable mattress, helps you to a rejuvenating night's sleep.
