  • "⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Absolutely perfect – we can't wait to come back!"

** From the moment we arrived, we knew we'd found somewhere really special. This was one of the best family holidays we've ever had, and this beautiful house played a huge part in making it so memorable. The location simply couldn't have been better. It's only about an 8-minute stroll to the gorgeous Alum Chine beach, which is clean, safe and absolutely perfect for children. We spent so many happy hours there, and having the lovely beachfront restaurant and bar, with a fantastic playground right next to it, made every beach day so easy and enjoyable. The house itself was immaculate. It was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated and so cosy and comfortable that it genuinely felt like a home rather than a holiday rental. Every room has been thoughtfully furnished, and you can tell the owners have put so much care into creating a place where families can truly relax. As a large family, we especially appreciated all the practical touches. Having two fridges and two freezers made such a difference, and the kitchen had absolutely everything we could possibly have needed – it was better equipped than many of our own homes! The utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer was invaluable after sandy beach days, and the garden room was perfect for storing our bikes, buckets, spades and all the beach gear. The little touches made us smile. The children were thrilled to find beach toys waiting for them, as well as games and toys inside the house. It was lovely to see how much thought had gone into making families feel welcome. We were also so touched to find a generously stocked cupboard with tea, coffee and snacks waiting for us when we arrived. It was such a kind and thoughtful welcome after our journey. And the beds... they were heavenly! So spacious and incredibly comfortable that everyone slept brilliantly. A lovely surprise was that although one room is listed as a single, it actually has a double bed, which worked perfectly for our family. The host was absolutely wonderful. Friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful from beginning to end. Nothing was too much trouble, communication was excellent, and it was reassuring to know they were always there if we needed anything. We laughed, relaxed, made precious memories with our children and grandchildren, and didn't want to leave. That's probably the biggest compliment we can give. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. It was everything we hoped for and so much more. We are already talking about our next visit and can't wait to come back! If you're thinking of booking, don't hesitate – you won't be disappointed.
