Entry to flat 7 is by a security style key, ensuring peace of mind for your stay.

It cannot be cut or copied without the security card by anyone.

Upon entering the well-lit oak floored hallway that connects to all rooms, its time to hang your coats up on the wall rail just beside the entry door.

Auto lighting ensures your wellbeing from your moment of entry.

A front door security entry system also exists on the wall.

To the left is the entry to the very spacious light & airy lounge & fully fitted kitchen area, which embraces under counter lighting, a modern environmentally friendly area, consisting of a fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, overhead extractor fan an air fryer, microwave., an electric toaster & of course an electric kettle to enjoy your first cup of tea or coffee to finally sit down & relax upon arrival.

A full set of plates, cutlery & cooking utensils can be found in the kitchen unit drawer by the window, whilst a full range of pots & pans are to be found in the cupboard to the lower right of the oven.

Once again furnished for complete comfort, with USB sockets, a bedside light together with the luxury of an unobtrusive remote controlled combined ceiling light & powerful silent ceiling fan, all enhance your comfort.

Wardrobes & a drawer cabinet provide the combination for ease of unpacking your bags & a wall mounted tv with remote also there for your complete comfort.

A digital safe is also within the wardrobe for the security of your valuables during your stay.

Next along the light oak finished floor in the hallway, is the door for electrical services, behind which is also the water stop valve & fuse trip switches.

The electrical services are also tested for safety compliance on an annual basis, for which a safety certificate has been issued The bathroom is next door along the corridor, once again clean & bright, fully tiled, with twin sockets for shavers or toothbrush chargers.
