    Spacious apartment, Kitchen good facilities. Hall light not working, cleanliness needs improving inside and out, found old deodorant in spare room and chest of drawers thick with dust at the bottom, chipped and paint marked tiles in the bathroom and scratched toilet seat. A bit of a stretch to advertise garden space. As to enter garden you have to step over broken guttering fixings, absolutely covered in Seagull poo (difficult I know to control), old bike, scrap wheel, bins with bags of bagged dog poo chucked by them! quite off putting.

Your comments regarding the hall light, overlooked items, and general cleanliness have been passed to both our housekeeping and maintenance teams, and these areas are now being reviewed and addressed as a priority. With regard to the outdoor space, we do appreciate how disappointing that must have been. Exterior improvement works had just been completed prior to your arrival, and during the course of that work, a number of items were uncovered that required disposal. While this is no excuse, the intention had been to clear the area fully before your stay, and we regret that this was not completed in time. We are ensuring that the space is now properly cleared and maintained moving forward. One of five beautifully appointed apartments located right in the centre of Lyme Regis the apartments have access to a charming rear walled garden, shared with the other apartments, offering a peaceful spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

Just a short stroll away, you’ll find the seafront, family friendly beaches and the historic Cobb Harbour.

Try your hand at paddleboarding, fishing, or perhaps join one of the boat trips from the harbour.

The location is ideal for exploring the best of the Jurassic Coast with the Ammonite Pavement a must-see for fossil hunters and geology enthusiasts, offering a rare glimpse into prehistoric marine life.

The Langmoor & Lister Gardens are beautiful gardens and peaceful walking paths with sea views, whereas the South West Coast Path offers some of the most scenic and geologically rich walking paths in the UK, forming part of the Jurassic Coast, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
