  • "At face value the flat was very nice, and we would book it again."

    The first thing we noticed was that the Ironing board was missing. On calling the contact. They insisted it was there. It was not and we gave up with them eventually. (Customer service from the owner was rubbish). No one came to sort this out and we didn't get a call back. We needed to iron clothes for a function on the Saturday. The TV didn't pick up any torestrial channels. We only had the free Internet connected services. Not a problem for us, but it needs sorting out. The seal on the oven needs to be fixed. It's hanging off at the bottom. We were unable to reattach it. We used the oven as it was. The door knob on the bedroom came off as a screw was missing. We fixed this with a hair clip. This needs looking at.
