  • "Great house with an amazing view."

Lots of space and very comfortable.

  • "This is not negative feedback but I think that you should know that there appears to be a leak beneath the ensuite shower."

I believe that it occurs when the shower is in use. Also, a squirt or two of WD40 or other lubricant in the main entrance door lock and the main bedroom door lock. I would add that I had difficulty finding no. 9 having found the Corum complex. A map would have helped me so might be of use to others. I stress that I have NO complaints and our stay was superb. Thanks so much for your helpful comments. We'll take a look on our next visit to the property. Property Owner

  • "Well maintained with modern furnishings, good quality towels and linen."

Kitchen very well equipped. Clean and tidy for arrival, and a nice touch with the welcome grocery pack. Fine coastal views from the deck. Located equidistant from the famous Cobb harbour at one end of town, and shops at other end. Hope to visit again.

  • "A beautiful property with an absolutely stunning view."

Everything was clean and in good condition and the location was perfect, a short walk from the town, the beach and the cliffs. Would definitely come back!

  • "A lovely property with great views, very well equipped, and we had a good time in Lyme Regis."

However, just before the holiday we were startled to accidentally discover that the number of beds had been reduced from 6 to 5 after our booking had been made, this could have been most inconvenient on arrival, and we think we should have been told. However, Sykes were most helpful in promptly sorting this out. Also, property could do with a formal feedback system to log minor problems such as extractor fan not working in en-suite bathroom, so that the next occupants don't suffer from the same problem.

We do apologise about the mix-up with the change in bed configuration, we had administrated the marketing change almost at the same time that your booking was processed, and therefore it wasn't communicated to you. As a local agent in Lyme we have internal maintenance and housekeeping teams available to react to any issues experienced during a stay. We do leave our contact details within the Welcome Folder and encourage guests to get in touch with us directly if they need our assistance with anything. The owner has made some recent improvements to the property, and it's great to hear that you were able to enjoy these. The Lyme Bay Team Property Owner

This is without doubt the one we enjoyed the most. Wonderful cozy property, great location, generous rooms, well equipped, and the view over the bay was amazing. No complaints or suggestions on how it could be improved. We will return. Pass on our regards to the owners.

The property was fresh and modern with spacious rooms. The decor suites a seaside location. A very well equipped kitchen. The terrace and views from it were amazing.
