Adequate accommodation, although advertised as being for four, but only really big enough for two. The pub was shut all the time we were there and no shop within a mile. Nearest shop in Bruton. Ideal base for exploring the area. Fabulous views and very quiet. TV ridiculously small and lounge furniture not very comfortable. Garden not enclosed, there is a field out the back of the property the owner preferred dogs to only go round the edge of the field so if the dogs wanted to be in the garden, one of us had to be,to stop them disappearing into the long grass. Conservatory had wicker furniture which was not user friendly and the owner had put a heat deflector on the ceiling secured with masking tape and it was hanging off by the end of the week.
