    "Very disappointed with our recent stay at this property."

    We vacated the property early, after staying for only 2 days. We felt that we could not stay there any longer. There was a terrible musty smell downstairs as soon as you opened the door. Mildew baby bottle found under bed. Settee had broken leg, stained carpets, rust on toilet seats and inside fridge/freezer doors. Grease inside cooker door, Damp/peeling paint to shower wall in bedroom. Balcony furniture was covered in leaves and cobwebs. Marks to paint on walls and woodwork. Overall this property is definitely not up to 4star standards.

Overall we do feel this is a very good property presented to a very good standard. We provide 24h call out for any concerns raised. My local manager advised that they were not called- if they had been we would have had the opportunity to address everything at the time. We understand from our manager that the property was occupied for 5 days. Be assured that we will address the relatively minor concerns you have raised.Thank you again for the valuable feedback.     "Only thing I would request is fan towers in the bedrooms and a bbq out the back."

    Apart from these small additions that would enhance the stay even more I would say the property was perfect.
