Park off-road and be welcomed into a spacious property with a light and airy atmosphere, discovering the tastefully decorated living spaces on the second floor; here a living/dining room overlooks the park, with the added bonus of a Juliette balcony, as well as a selection of leather sofas and a dining table where guests can enjoy a hearty meal.

From here, head into the kitchen and make the most of the amenities provided, cooking up a storm using local produce as the handy utility takes care of all of your sandy clothes.

When sleep calls, choose between four homely bedrooms, with a spacious super-king size bed and a twin, both with en-suites, on the first floor, and a bunk with en-suite and a homely double on the ground floor.

When the sun is shining, head outside and make the most of the raised decking area, dining alfresco as you toast to your holiday with a glass of fizz.

Weymouth is a fantastic seaside town with loads to offer guests, beginning with a range of cafes, eateries and pubs, with options including Pascal’s Brasserie, The Nothe Café and The Ship Inn Pub and Restaurant, and there is also a selection of convenience stores for all of your holiday essentials.

Walk along the Esplanade, indulging in an ice cream with a sea view, enjoy watersports in Portland Harbour or spend a day relaxing in the sunshine on the local beach, try out a game or two of golf or take a walk through the scenery and birdwatch at RSPB Radipole Lake.

Take in the ocean views from the many coastal walks through the incredible Dorset AONB, and visit fantastic attractions such as Maiden Castle, the historic town of Dorchester with its Teddy Bear Museum and art gallery, Abbotsbury Subtropical Gardens, Kingcombe Meadows Nature Reserve and Minterne House and Gardens.
