Sika is a charming hut near the village of Broadmayne in the popular county of Dorset.

This property is perfect for a couple looking for a stunning getaway as it boasts exceptional panoramic countryside views as well as a woodburning stove in the living space.

Walk up a couple of steps to enter your new intimate holiday abode.

Take a seat at the dining table, read through your welcome pack and become accustomed to the surroundings.

Prepare a warm drink on the gas hob then step outside and relax in the Adirondack armchairs.

Take in the amazing views that go on for miles all around as you embed yourself into the pure countryside.

Go for a stroll around the 400-year-old Warmwell House estate and stop off for a game of tennis (by arrangement).

Come back after several rounds, prepare a meal on the gas hob or the fire-bowl and watch the sun go down.

When the night time sky approaches, enjoy some star-gazing and watch the deer.

Once inside light the woodburning stove to get the hut really cosy.

Take on each other with a selection of board games available to play.

Once the winner is crowned, call it a night on the double bed.

Start a new day with a refreshing shower in your private bathroom hut feeling the fresh morning air as you step outside.

WARMWELL

Warmwell House Shepherds Huts are located in the small village of Warmwell, 5 miles from Dorchester. Warmwell is a conservation village with many traditional dwellings, including the 400 year old manor house and a charming church (open to visitors). The nearest village with a pub and shop is Broadmayne (1.8 miles away by car - or a lovely walk via Warmwell Heath -approx 3/4 hour). Warmwell is a 10 minute drive to Ringstead Beach and is also close to the popular attractions at Lulworth, Corfe, Dorchester and Weymouth. For those who prefer not to get in their cars there is a wonderful assortment of wildlife right on your doorstep. Deer roam freely and will often come up to the huts. Cattle and sheep graze the land whilst rare species of birds and Exmoor ponies can be spotted on Warmwell Heath.
So relax up with a cuppa, lounge in the hammock and take in the tranquility of your surroundings. As dusk draws in enjoy watching the stars and wait for the deer to make tentative steps towards your hut. There are plenty of blankets to keep you warm as you unwind by the firebowl, roasting marshmallows or simply enjoying some rest and contemplation. A list of nearby cafes,restaurants and walks is provided so you can plan the next day. If you prefer to stay put there are plenty of tasks to be getting on with such as gathering kindling for your fire, watching out for birds and wildlife or prepping a delicious barbeque.
