• "It was lovely to arrive to this bright, spacious, and immaculately presented flat in a central yet quiet location."

  Bonuses: off street parking, comfy beds, lovely big bath towels, thoughtful instructions, generous welcome pack. Although only 5 minutes from the beach and harbour it is easy to drive out of town and the flat is perfect to return to after a long day exploring the beautiful Dorset coastline.

• "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 7 Harbour reach, the property was excellent, well maintained, clean and just a short walk to the centre of Weymouth with all its facilities."

  To access the property you need to climb two sets of stairs as the property is on the top floor of the building and the process of getting into and out of the shower requires quite a step up and down this along with the climbing of the stairs could present substantial difficulties to older clients and people with mobility difficulties which I think should be made clear with the property description.

We have checked the listing which does state that the flat is on the second floor but we'll see if we can add any further clarification to the listing. There is a step in the bathroom to aid entry and exit to the shower so we are sorry that this was an issue. Many thanks. Property Owner

• "Comfortable property."

  Clean and tidy. Can be hot as it is in the roof space, we were thankful for the fans. Good location. Car parking made the stay especially easy. The sash windows are heavy to open and there are a number of steps to access the property. We had a lovely week. Lots to see and do.

• "A lovely cosy apartment which was cleaned to a high standard."

  It is within easy walking distance of everything Weymouth has to offer. The free off road parking was a bonus too! We very much enjoyed our stay.
