The property

Pine Lodge sits quietly within a broad sweep of woodland and open land near Lloc, offering a sense of space and privacy that’s hard to come by.

Surrounded by nature and elevated to make the most of the countryside views, this contemporary lodge feels purpose-built for slowing the pace and enjoying time together, whether you’re gathering with family or sharing a break with friends.

The heart of the lodge is its open-plan living space, where large windows draw the outdoors in and create an easy connection with the surrounding landscape.

The kitchen is thoughtfully laid out for shared cooking, whether that’s simple breakfasts before heading out or longer evening meals enjoyed around the dining table.

From here, the living area invites you to settle in, with a generous reclining corner sofa and Smart TV providing the perfect spot to switch off after a day of exploring.

Open the patio doors, and the lodge extends naturally onto the decked balcony, where a dining table and private hot tub take centre stage.

This is a place for lingering evenings, morning coffees with birdsong, or soaking under the open sky as the countryside stretches out around you.

Sleeping arrangements are designed with flexibility in mind.

The king-size bedroom offers a peaceful retreat, complete with its own TV and en-suite shower room for added privacy.

Two further twin bedrooms, both with TVs, make the lodge well-suited to families or mixed groups, while the family bathroom provides space for everyone to get ready without rushing.

Practical touches, such as WiFi, LPG central heating, and access to a shared laundry block, ensure that longer stays are just as easy as short breaks.

Outside, a lawned area provides space to sit out and enjoy the fresh air, while off-road parking keeps arrival and departure simple.

Note: This property can be booked with Ref. 1194516, together sleeping up to 12 guests.
