  • "This is a lovely caravan nice and clean, but looking at the picture online is nothing like when you get there."

We paid alot for this holiday we could not use the patio as it was literally covered in bird poo, the cushions on the chairs looked mouldy, the grass chart looks nice online was up to your knees, when we came to go out there was the dirtiest caravan beside us that should not have been on site. The Entertainment building was very old fashioned just a bar with no comfortable seating. The path to the beach was very dangerous need some tarmac. The site said dog friendly but there was nowhere we could let them run free not even on the beach. It's not a camp I would go to again.Very disappointed

Whilst I appreciate constructive criticism most of what you have referred to is beyond my control. I certainly am not in a position to request tarmac to be repaired away from the site. We allow a dog because we are dog lovers but they cannot be unleaded in a holiday park full of children. There are dog friendly beaches and my phone number is clearly highlighted to call me relating to any issues. The decking was pressurised on 30th May and is done regularly but being in the woods I can’t stop nature or the neighbours way of living, but I’m sure it would of been far worse if there a large family etc next to you. Regarding your comment about dogs our caravan is a one dog only policy yet you appear to mention ‘your dogs’ which is against our wishes. I will be speaking to the park about grass, decking but would have happily sorted everything and even refunded you if you had only called. I want all my customers to be happy! Property Owner

  • "Caravan is lovely."

Well equipped and very comfortable. Lots of little things that make it home from home that you don’t get with most caravan homes. The site and park is well sited and food was great. If I had to be picky I’d consider having some sort of cover for the decking furniture as the birds don’t care where they poop. The other thing is signage and lighting to the caravan in the dark but that is down to the site management not the caravan owners. Once I found it there was no problem. Will be booking to stay again as it’s the best caravan holiday we’ve had.

Thank you so much, you are welcome back anytime at least next time you will be able to find it! Property Owner

  • "Only criticism of our whole visit was finding the actual location of our accommodation at the site on arrival."

A site map indicating exact location would have saved a lot of time "wondering around" looking for it, as it was I had to ask a maintenance man, who very kindly found it for us, eventually!!!
