Enjoying a fantastic location surrounded by the Black Mountains and within the Brecon Beacons National Park, as well as an interior filled with original features including exposed beams and vaulted ceilings, Maes Y Berllan Barn is a wonderful, family-friendly dwelling sleeping ten, plus their two canine companions, who are looking to escape to this beautiful region.

Step into the spacious and well-equipped kitchen/diner, where you can look forward to rustling up delicious feasts for your loved ones, with the help of the Rangemaster with electric oven and hob, microwave, 60/40 fridge/freezer, as well as a handy dishwasher and washing machine for keeping your space tidy.

Serve up a flavourful meal at the dining table for ten in the living/dining room, or if the weather is nice, why not fire up the barbecue in the large, enclosed garden and dine alfresco?

As the evening cools, retreat to the sitting room, where you can relax on the variety of plush sofas, two of which are sofa beds for accommodating four additional guests, whilst enjoying a family movie night courtesy of the Smart TV, as the wood burning stove crackles nearby.

Take the short drive over to Abergavenny, where you can explore the historic delights of its' museum in the ruins of the town's former magnificent castle.

Situated amidst the Brecon Beacons National Park, the picturesque village of Gilwern offers visitors many amenities, including traditional pubs, shops and a great fish and chip shop.
